Beloved ones upon the Earth, I, Mary Magdalene, honour and love you deeply. The presence of the divine feminine and the Divine Mother can be intense and gifts and inspires new awakenings of ascension within your being.
My purpose of connecting with you is not only to share my deepest of love, but to inspire and guide you in a process of awakening the channels of life force energy within your being, rejuvenating your physical body with light, awakening your ascension body template, and energising your entire body systems and networks. In doing so you open yourself to receive the divine and sacred ascension downloads, and grounding them with strength and vigour into the Earth’s reality.
Ascension Energies Downloading Now
- The Peace of the Star Beings to promote harmony between Star Being Divine Intelligence and the consciousness of humanity. This creates an awakening of divine intelligence within humanity that allows for many illusions that hinder humanity’s ascension to be detached and released.
- Star Alignments for the physical body to promote an upgrade in the health and wellbeing of every physical body upon the Earth, not only humans. This means that the physical body will become more resilient to illness, negativity and harmful toxins on the Earth. In response to this, each person will become more aware of how to support the health and spiritual sensitivity of the physical body. Mother Earth is also receiving this upgrade.
- The Ascended Master Elixir of liberation through mastery. The Ascended Masters have accessed the vibrations and frequencies they experienced during their evolution and ascension from the Earth, the moment of being liberated from the cycle of reincarnation and accessing the enlightenment of the Creator. It is known as the Elixir of Liberation and supports souls in recognising the presence of liberation within their beings, distributing this into their realities to accelerate ascension.

Receiving the Ascension Downloads
Your blood carries messages of divine energy and consciousness into the genetic codes of each cell of your being. Your blood nourishes your physical body while also anchoring the blueprint of the Creator, divine intelligence, love, and peace.
Therefore, when you open yourself to receive the light of the Creator, whether you invoke a certain light or not, you are replenishing, rejuvenating and regenerating your body and entire being.
Thus, through the acceptance of the Creator’s light and the awareness of the ascension energies downloading, you are able to automatically awaken the channels of life force energy within your being, awakening your ascension body template, and energising your entire body systems and networks.
With a focused intention of that which you wish to experience and embody, the entire process will be magnified and empowered, allowing you to access greater states of self and Creator understandings and expressions.
You are a beacon of light capable of transmitting powerful vibrations of energy and awareness, especially when you allow yourself to be supported by the Creator, the ascension downloads and your understanding of how powerful it is for you to receive the Creator through your being.
Awakening the Channels of Life Force Energy
My purpose, Mary Magdalene, with you in the meditation I wish to share with you now is to awaken the channels of life force energy within your being, rejuvenating your physical body with light, awakening your ascension body template, and energising your entire body systems and networks.
This will create the most appropriate openness within your being for you to naturally, automatically and easily receive and benefit from the many ascension downloads anchoring now.
Mary Magdalene's Meditation .....
Please cup your hands. Allow me, Mary Magdalene, to pour light into your hands, a liquid light abundant in life force energy of the Creator and codes of perfect health.
Moving your cupped hands to your heart chakra, imagine you tip the liquid light into your heart chakra. The liquid light flow into and through your heart chakra, filling this chakra completely.
The liquid light flows through from your heart chakra into your blood. Imagine your bloodstream is filling with the liquid light and life force energy.
Imagine, sense and acknowledge the light flowing through your bloodstream into every cell and genetic code of your cells.
Again, cup your hands and imagine divine blueprint of the Creator as a blue light flowing into your cupped hands. Move your cupped hands to your heart chakra and let the blue light fill your heart chakra. The blue light flows into your bloodstream and into your cells. Feel every part of your being becoming energised.
As a representative of creating a clear circulation or channel of life force energy, I, Mary Magdalene invite you to first inhale, then exhale imagining and following your breath in a spiralling motion down to your feet.
Inhale breath in a spiralling motion from your feet to your head. Then as you exhale flow your breath as a tighter spiral flowing down the centre of your being and into your heart chakra. Then inhale without any focus to begin the process again.
I, Mary Magdalene, on your behalf call upon an activation of your ascension template from your soul and from the Creator. May the ascension template of your soul and the Creator marry in your heart, synthesising as one and radiating in all directions.
I invite you to breathe into the soles of your feet to request the energy to enter into motion within your being and reality. Once anchored, let I the synthesised light of your soul and Creator ascension template rise throughout the entire body and aura to become a complete aspect of your being.
I, Mary Magdalene, bless you with further volumes of light, feel my light flowing throughout your entire being and into your reality. Remain present with the shifts and transformations taking place within your being now.

Welcome to this Sunday's 'pre-equinox' meditation! Welcome all joining in this group meditation for the first time, and gratitude as always to all bringing your Inner Divine Light through this circle, and around the Earth through myriad expressions of Unconditional Love!
This weekend we're anchoring a deeper integration of the Silver & Golden-White Light vibrations currently settling into Gaia's energy field, loosening and shifting residual density, before opening to a high activation of pure Diamond Light during the Equinox on March 20-21st 2019.
Begin with breathing deeply into your heart and gently relax. Breathe…relax…know you are cradled in the eternal LoveLight of Source and countless guiding, supporting, protecting Beings of Love….cradled in the pure Light of your Soul….connected in every moment with the Heart of beloved Gaia, and with all assisting soul groups and higher dimensional light-grids around this planet and Solar System.
Feel yourself bathed, embraced and always supported by the infinite Love of your Soul, your soul families in the higher dimensional layers of Light, by those guiding and guarding the planetary Shift, and the eternal Source of all Life. Deep joy flows with this loving group and all around the Earth focusing for ascension, within this great Wave of Loving Transformation.
Feel the warmest, most peaceful lovelight filling you as you breathe into your heart, and feel this light radiating from you like a Star as you breathe out, serene, blissful, in harmony with the Universe. Honour the divine soul expression of the Infinite Source you are ~ we all are ~ all life is ~ and as you breathe in the Light of Oneness, and breathe out, imagine a soft stream of Silver Light is flowing down through your central column from the Heart of Source, pooling in your Heart Star. Feel the silky liquid vibrations of this light bathing your heart, freeing all thoughts and feelings into bliss and graceful ease.
Now imagine a bright Golden-White stream flowing from the Heart of Source, blending with the Silver Pool in your heart centre, shimmering and radiant as your heart and whole being accepts and embraces pure Infinite Divinity.
This blended light continues streaming through you; it has no beginning and no end, shining into Infinity. Now see this light also radiating horizontally from your heart centre, so you are now the centre-point of a cross of silver-golden-white light, flowing infinitely through the multiverse, endless and eternal.
Imagine/feel two diagonal flow-streams now, crossing through your heart centre, so that you now have an 8-fold flow, you are the centre of an 8-point Star, the Star of Divine Order that realigns all energies, all vibrations, within and around you, around all this loving group holding this unified focus, into natural higher vibrational alignment with Divine Creation, with the codes of unlimited universal Love.
As you breathe deeply, feel this light flowing through you, through the Star of Love you Are, light and soft as a feather, deep as the deepest oceans. Feel the vibrations shimmering within you. Pure Joy! And radiate this joy outward through your Star-self to Gaia's Heart, to our Sun, Solaris, to all humanity and all living beings in, on and around the Earth and everywhere.
We call through our Heart Stars the Highest Light of Eternal Love, through the pure Silver Light of Transcendence and the Blissful Golden-white Light radiating from the Source of all Creation to and through the Heart of all Life on Earth and Everywhere, realigning all vibrations to Divine Freedom in Love, in loving awareness of the Sacred Spirit within all energy, all beings, through the infinite expanses of Light.
All is One Love. All is Well in every moment, and we affirm this through the Love we Are, divine and eternal. And So BE It.

Message From The Angels .....
My dear friends, we love you so very much,
Imagine that all your problems are simply dreams from which you have to awaken. Imagine that you could wake up tomorrow morning, and before you even open your eyes, you think to yourself, "Oh wow!!! I remember I am an amazing creator! I had a dream that I forgot! How awful. How unpleasant. Thank Goodness, I remember now!"
Then, lying there in your bed you begin to consciously design your day. You think about all you wish to accomplish, and ask your angels for help. You go through a list of people you care about and imagine each one happy and healthy. You imagine your body feeling strong and healthy. And then you imagine yourself, laying here in bed at the end of the day, feeling completely satisfied, loved, and happy about your day.
Now, dear ones, you are ready to put your feet upon the floor and get on with life!
You are creators. The more deliberately you decide upon, feel, and focus on what you wish for on a daily basis, the more your lives will begin to conform to your will, rather than you conforming to the whims and wiles of the world.
There are exceptions of course. You may not get the exact form of your dream. Instead you'll get "that or better." You can't create for someone else but you can support what he or she is creating. You can even "invite" him or her into a better reality by imagining them healthy, happy, abundant, expressed or whatever it is you wish for them.
Start your days, dear ones, consciously. Rather than rolling out of bed groaning about your days, wake up and say, "Oh yes! I am a creator! This is what I wish to create today! This is what I want help with! Thank you God! Thank you Angels! I can imagine how wonderful I will feel at the end of this day!" Keep practicing this and soon you will see your day to day reality transform into a much happier and more miracle filled existence.

Message From Ann Albers .....
Hi Everyone,
I had a wild dream the other night. I dreamt that I was dreaming and waking up – over and over again. It was like a life review, in which I saw various scenes from my life. After each one I dreamed that I was "waking up from a dream" (while still in my nightly dream) with complete understanding about what I had learned.
I saw and felt very difficult times and felt the relief of "waking up" knowing they never hurt the real me – they were just lessons. I saw incredibly happy times and "woke up" (still in my nightly dream) feeling joyous about my adventures. Thus, while dreaming I saw my situations as a dream within a dream, and awakened time and again with renewed understanding about my life.
At long last, the alarm went off and I woke up in this 3D world, feeling profound love for everyone - even the ones that hurt me. Seen in the light of my dream, they were just characters who supported my awakening.
Imagine that this reality is the soul's dream. Imagine that we are only sleeping, unaware of our true nature and trying to remember... as surely as may people try to awaken within their nightly dreams and experience the absolute freedom that lucidity brings? Imagine we can become lucid in this dream and take charge of our universe. I believe we can.
I do start every morning off with my "honey-do" list for the universe! (Honey do this. Honey do that!) I tell the angels what it is I choose to create. I decide what I want to feel at the end of the day.
Then throughout the day I notice when I'm straying from my goals, when I'm feeling other than how I decided to feel, when I'm pretending to be a victim rather than a creator.
Starting my day off this way totally transforms my experience. If I don't know what I want, I just intend for a very loving day! I'm certainly not the first to share this idea! It works however. It is worth doing. Things flow with greater ease.
I even break it down at times into the "next phase" of life... I caught myself rushing around the other morning, because I had awakened later than usual, and I felt I could not get everything I needed to do before work. I stopped, visualized and asked for help... "Universe, before work I want to do yoga, stretching, sit-ups, eat a good breakfast, read a few minutes of something inspirational, answer emails, get ready for work, and have ten minutes to spare." Presto, I stopped rushing and time warped. I got it all in.
We're just tuning into various realities in a matrix of infinite possibility. Why not tune into what we want?
Last Sunday I decided to go up north. I always program my fun days like this..."I surround me and my car with protection. I bless all drivers on the road. I ask for the most loving, magical, amazing day possible. I want to experience the beauty of nature, the depth of my own soul. Make my interactions with others loving and kind. Give me treats and magical surprises..." and so on.
Drivers were kind to me or I don't notice them. I was guided to a spot by the creek where the roaring water sent me into an instant meditation. Inspired by my recent explorations of how cold can catalyze us to go quickly into our own depths, I put my feet in the icy creek, breathed and went within, then got so warm I had to peel off layers!
Joyously energized, I drove down the creek. What a beautiful dream for my soul! What a beautiful day in 3D for my human self!
Here are some powerful ways you can play with the notion that this human life is the soul's dream...
1. Imagine you dreamed your painful times...
After reading this close your eyes. Imagine a painful time in your life. Imagine now that you are in bed waking up. You remember the painful time was just a dream! It is over! You feel HUGE relief! You feel wonderful. You look at it symbolically... What did you learn? Give thanks you are awake in your wonderful "New Now!" Allow yourself to feel that a bad dream is over. You are awake now.
2. Imagine you can wake up from current challenges...
After reading this close your eyes. Take one circumstance in your life that you don't care for now. Imagine waking up tomorrow morning with a totally different and better reality. Imagine waking up with insight about how to solve the problem. Imagine waking up feeling healthy, happy, abundant, or whatever it is you want to feel. Keep imagining this until it actually happens one day.
3. Imagine today is YOUR dream...
When you wake up, imagine your day as you wish it to be. Imagine how that would feel. When you get stressed, stop and remind yourself, "This is my dream!" Imagine things how you want them to go. When life shows you different, go back to the dream and keep creating.
If someone is unkind, imagine they're just a character in your dream. When you have a debt imagine it is just a symbol of where you feel you owe the world. When you have a health challenge, imagine it is just forgetting your perfection. Shift to what you want to feel. Keep it up until you become the author of this "3D Dream."
I love my nighttime dreams, but the more I play with waking life as if it were a dream, the more fun life becomes. Try it; you just might be waving your own magic wand, creating more than you ever thought possible!
