Aspirin?
While it's effective for people with established heart disease to prevent a second event, daily aspirin is no longer recommended for primary prevention (preventing a first heart attack) for most people. What is happening is a withdrawal of prana from the physical heart and the physical heart loses more and more power, but all of this is to live on in a light body, as Spirit is focused on the higher planes for further service. Simply a transition out of the body, like a OBE but the physical life thread is pulled.
So, did your 'lower self' consciously choose this? Like, you decided one over the other, the advantages/disadvantages, the pros/cons?

In my natal chart I am 8th House in Aquarius which rules death (I prefer to call it transition). 8th House in Aquarius (Uranus): Sudden, possibly unusual demise, rare diseases, blood problems, electrical shocks, heart failure. This lines up with what is happening.

I recall back in 2010 when in a dream/plane state I was ‘exposed’, energetic draining of energy , open aura , plus something exerting its evil , inducing fear ,
Then I am told to call down ‘orb of life’ empowerment, and then magically my energy bodies seal up and energise , I become energised and full
You appear within my aura as the helping hand. In fact you sit beside me, like how someone will lower the level of themselves to someone lying down hurt, and ‘flash your hands’ - open close open close - they are as flash lights - headlights to a car ; I need to repair my hands , I need to repair before I am ‘good to go’. Mer-Ka-Ba!
I think this is how my body healing is ‘coded’ with the negativity that programs it as well,
it is now coming to that point in my healing where these harsh fissure/cracks are sealing!
So i think it was a glimpse of the future state , being round about now, at the point in which this was to heal.
I never have Chris Comish dream/plane experiences of this nature either.
Another one that comes to my mind upon recalling this is of a stairway to heaven opening up to my body, of a similar form/nature as the previous: dream/astral.
I had one other actually which was where I enter a wooden barn; funnily enough , maybe you recall you had an icon picture of yourself looking down in a wooden cabin (if that is correct), it was fast forwarding through the time-steps/time-gatednesses of things, I think u appear within the ffwdness of it. It might be ‘avatar’ based in terms of myself needing to complete this healing to move into another world/plane , to write/learn. Hmm..
I have also had similar experiences of end of life but not like yours, as of late, more like if you completed a roll playing game but continued walking around in the game. But more spirit-based, the feel of that boundary layer that is this incarnation, therefore oneself incarnate in contradistinction to being beyond: one’s higher-self.
Life is in contradistinction to death, alive to not alive, alive to an end to life, alive to potential to die, but ‘it is already done’, paradoxically; and further to the perplexity is the infinite insignificance of oneself to the infinite but the irreducibility of this insignificance to insignificance - it is significant - and its necessity and least sufficiency as significant.
