The clearing of the bodies is the 7 initiations process Alice Bailey discusses in her book Initiations, Human, and Solar.
There are 3 main sheaths to integrate and heal. First the physical body. Shift focus from I am not the body, I am more. Also release addictions. Then the emotional body. Shadow work and Forgiveness. Love and accept yourself and others. Forgive and accept yourself and others. Focus on I am not the emotions. I am more. Release being triggered emotionally. Then there is the mind. Release expecations and beliefs. Focus on I am not the thoughts, I am more. Then shift to the Soul. I am the observer and unconditional love. Follow Golden Rule in all moments. Service others out of love. Focus, I am not the body, I am not the emotions, I am not the thoughts, I am a Spirit having a human experience. Observe yourself in each moment. What would love do, say and think? What would love feel? Become the cause of your life, not the effect. Observe, why is this pattern repeating? to discover your cause. Find your life purpose and serve the Creator by serving others. Devote to God. Commit to the choice of Love and Devotion to God. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Meditate and connect to your Soul. Listen to solfeggio frequencies for healing. Step by step, moment to moment. You are Divine in action. Compassionate action.
