Yesterday I blacked out, over-and-over-and-over. I blacked out 12 to 15 times. I do not experience blackouts. New to me! These blackouts were not simply lost time, I was in a trance, completely overwhelmed.
Seems each blackout was within 10 minutes, but how could I be sure? Some of the blackouts felt like I was phasing out, like a vibrational thing. From the others I remember only 'waking up'.
Didn't have a good reason to post this, until I spoke with my uncle. Turns out he experienced blackouts throughout the day as well.
I am a very sensitive Empath (see profile), and have an especially strong bond with this uncle (and about 4 others). My uncle is also an Empath. I experience distance connections as well (i.e. for a day and a half I felt border-suicidal. My uncle generated this experience.)
My body reacts when others take drugs, pick up others' attitudes, physical pain, emotions, frequencies, spirits, Angels, feel when others think about me, feel energy from rituals or energy work performed for me. Often overwhelmed by subtle energy bombardment. (short version)
I don't understand, how did I pick up blackouts? I don't even know how to classify this.
Love to hear thoughts, suggestions, stories. Be nice to not feel alone.
Connecting with other especially sensitive Empaths would help.
