  • Balanced energy flow is the key.  Willful desire and the drive to remain human is supplied from "down below".  I feel one can be Heart centered and still be in the Tan Tian.  The Chakras are the external manifestation of the spine and brain.  Life is inside of the spine and we can feel it all at once all of the time. Chakra means wheel, it is the interface between the external world and our internal reality.  How they spin is the velocity of jing and chi that is connecting with the world. Potential energy is more potent than energy being expended. This is what the Taoist call the world is empty and does not exist.  Of course it exists, one no longer engages it...our jing remains hidden within the spine.  Balance and intention are crucial to discover for your self what works best for the time at hand.  Some times active sometimes internal.  Calmly active, actively calm.  The advice is easy...to live ones wisdom is another story.  We are learning  :)

  • I agree with you Alain.  I have a big ego and I am comfortable with it for the most part.  Ego is a funny word.  Much like the word spiritual.  What are we exactly speaking of?  One can interpret both of these terms in so many degrees of extreme, they are almost useless.  Having read a lot of Yaels work, and knowing she is channeling Jeshua; this is a rather strong version of ego.  Much like the Course in Miracles, ego here implies all that is not Love.  Including our cherished personality.  I like my personality.  However I am not a world teacher.  As a world teacher, one needs to be very clear about what one is teaching.  Jeshua/Jesus/Sananda is very clear about what is being taught.  That which is eternal qualifies as truth. It is of the Heart and cannot be changed or damaged by this world...that which changes, is not eternal, so does not qualify as truth.  Much of what we cherish and covet changes, including our personality.  I do not like this either.  But it is undeniable. What is experienced in the Heart is universal, it has our flavor perhaps, but it is a shared vibration of Lovelight.  This I feel is the Love being spoken of here.  It is not qualified by deserving, specialness or merit.  It is who we are in a eternal sense.  For continuity's sake and our hope to survive beyond this lifetime with this awareness we call our self...we need to identify more and more with this heart centered Love.  That is how it seems to me at this time.  :)
