I so rarely watch the news, but this morning I was apparently on automatic pilot, and turned it on just in time hear news of the mass shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio. My heart sank, and though I tried to pray for the victims, it seemed like an exercise in futility.
"How do we stop the violence, Dr. Peebles?" I asked aloud.
"Love," he said, "Love is never wrong. It is the greatest force in the universe. Don't give up on love."
I strongly sensed that he wanted me to channel his message. I was hesitant, because it's my day off. "I really don't want to channel right now," I told him.
Then he did something that he has never done before. He said, "It's your job!"
And, frankly, this made me feel rather...loved. So, I sat down and channeled his short, but important message in which he implores us: "Don't give up on Love." Please enjoy, and feel free to share it with others.
Summer has given permission for the MP3 recording of Dr. Peebles' message: Don't Give Up on Love to be shared far and wide.
It’s so important.
Here’s the link.
Thank you so much, Summer and Dr. P!
