It was around 2 weeks back i felt to try creating permanent connection to earths's core & to our sun. Most of you would know how important is grounding , as well as energy from stars like sun in ascension process. I requested masters of healing team first to create permanent energetic connection to earths core in a harmonious manner & i felt shift. In grounding we visualize/request to create roots like connection from our foot to earth, but this felt different because connections might be made from some parts of energy bodies which i dont know. Then i also continued for my each one of my rooms/home the area around it also. Then i did this for few of idols in temples/holy places & the area where they are located. The overall procedure was more harmonious while creating connections.

But i havent tried creating any resonance with our Sun to my or any other place & i wasn't sure about the intensity of energy this might create .But this time i felt to try creating permanent connection with Sun in a harmonious manner with help of healing team for myself & i felt bit strong energy for few seconds/minutes after that stable. Then for my home, area around it & others as mentioned earlier. I think after these receiving bit more beneficial energies but nothing overload. You could also try them if it feels ok.
