White Tara  is sometimes called the Mother of all Buddhas and she represents the motherly aspect of compassion. Her white color signifies purity, wisdom and truth. The peaceful, compassionate White Tara is known for long life, healing and serenity. She is associated with longevity. She is the protective, helpful and comforting mother who shows limitless kindness, generosity and protection towards those who are tossed in the ocean of suffering. Her love heals the at the source of disease, bringing health, strength, longevity and beauty. She is also known as The Wish-fulfilling Wheel.


Receiving the attunement: Some hours after the attunement you should have integrated the energy completely, and you can work with this system.

Download the White Tara audio attunement file. The audio attunement should be received when alone. Make sure that you will not be disturbed for 30 minutes and lie down in a comfortable position. When you are ready start the audio file and listen to it until it stops. Keep your position for another 15 minutes and the attunement is done! It's recommended to relax for more than 10 minutes. Drink plenty of water afterwards.

    Thank you. Some say white Tara's not ok, some attunements where bad and were dangerous for certain persons... This one is perfect like the source wanted. <3

    Receiving the White Tara audio attunement: 

    First decide how you will play back the chosen mp3 audio attunement file. Will it be through a computer or will listen to it via an mp3 player? Both can be used. 

    The attunement should be received when alone. Make sure that you sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Also make sure that you will not be disturbed (unplug the phone, turn off your cellphone etc.). 

    When you are ready start the mp3 and listen to it until it stops (5 min.)!  Keep your position for another 25 minutes and the attunement is done! 

    Some hours after the attunement you should have integrated the energy completely, and you can work with this system. 

    There are different recipients, with different reactions and various experiences. Open your heart and use White Tara Reiki, even if you didn’t have received an audio attunement before.

    Please let me know, if there are any further experiences you want to share, after you worked with White Tara Reiki.
