I wanted to let you know that our next Heart Space Community Breathwork is coming up this Sunday, and I’d love to gather with you.

These sessions are an invitation to pause, breathe, and reset—together. Especially in the middle of busy weeks and full lives, there’s something powerful about circling up in community and tending to what’s happening beneath the surface.
What to expect:

A grounding, heart-centered meditation

An energy update - allowing guidance to navigate the times
- A guided conscious-connected breathwork journey

Space to release stress, emotional build-up, and mental noise

Gentle integration and Oracle Cards
No prior breathwork experience is needed. Just bring yourself, your breath, and whatever you’re carrying (and some willingness to let it go).
This session is free and offered in the spirit of reciprocity. All contributions are welcome and deeply appreciated, and your presence is always enough.
