Join Dra.Ana and Samantha Melitta, co-hosts of this monthly Reiki practice group with half a decade under its belt.

This is an invitation to approach Reiki from an eco-somatic lens, grounding in the remembrance that earth is body and body is earth.

During our time together, we root into the Reiki precepts, practice self-healing, collaborate in earth gridding, and explore a variety of guided meditations, visualizations, and practices from the various Reiki lineages (Usui, Holy Fire, etc.)

We leave time for check-ins and community shares with like minded practitioners traveling the road together. Our practice group inspires us to reclaim and uphold our responsibility as earth stewards and future ancestors.
