Chris is a Gemini Sun Sign, Pisces Moon Sign, and Cancer Rising Sign. He incarnated to overcome the mind of the Gemini and to enter the Heart, to activate his subconscious Pisces moon sign empathy/compassion and spiritual connections consciously, and to get out of his Cancer rising shell and share with the world while involved in group work. He is endeavoring to be love in all thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Close your eyes. Get in a Meditative State. Then, Say, "I connect with Chris Comish for my highest and greatest good. I ask for guidance and support for my highest and greatest good. I commune with Chris Comish now."

My Ascended Lightbody/Higher Self/Oversoul/Monad/I AM Presence will then deliver guidance and support for your highest and greatest good during the meditation. This connection is beyond space and time. 

Like my books, attunements, healing sessions, teachings, and videos beyond space and time, this meditation will continue long after my incarnation, as I continue to serve humanity from the inner planes.

Communion with Chris Comish – Step-by-Step Meditation (Full Moon Group Practice)

When:

Every Full Moon (but can be done anytime)
Optionally at night or in a quiet time for inner stillness

Step 1: Prepare Your Space

* Sit or lie down somewhere quiet.
* Turn off distractions (phone, notifications, etc.).
* Optional: Light a candle, burn incense, or play soft music (this isn’t required but may help set a meditative tone).

Step 2: Center Yourself

* Close your eyes.
* Take a few deep breaths — inhale slowly, exhale fully.
* Let your mind settle and your body relax.

Step 3: Make the Invocation

Silently or out loud, say:

“I connect with Chris Comish for my highest and greatest good. I ask for guidance and support for my highest and greatest good. I commune with Chris Comish now.”

This is intended to:

* Activate a connection with the higher spiritual aspects of Chris Comish (e.g., Oversoul/Monad)
* Align your own Higher Self to receive support, healing, or wisdom
* Open the inner channel to spiritual energy, beyond time and space

Step 4: Enter into Communion

* Sit in stillness.
* Be open to inner impressions, feelings, warmth, images, or messages.
* You may feel peace, lightness, energy flows, or subtle “downloads.”
* No need to force anything — just be present.

Duration: 10–30 minutes is typical, but follow your inner guidance.

Step 5: Give Thanks and Close

Say something like:

“Thank you for the guidance, love, and presence. I now return to full awareness, grounded and whole.”

* Take a few breaths.
* Gently move your body.
* If needed, drink water or journal any impressions you received.
