Higher Light Decrees are statements or declarations of intention to the Universe. They could be considered as a very focused form of prayer, though they are not here being made to some unknown deity spoken about in some religious text. These are declarations or prayers to Universal Intelligence of which you intimately connected. These declarations are made to God/Goddess All That is, your Teams in Spirit including your OverSoul, Higher Self and all helpful Archangels and beings of light.

This extended track (that has the core script repeated three times) is designed to clear and release agreements, imprints and programs that seek to interfere with your connection to the Law of One.

"Spirit, I seek now a total reconnection to the principles of the Law of One. The Law of One states that this Universe, and all Universes have been brought into manifestation by God/Goddess All That Is, Source Energy, the One Creator. Spirit, I now ask for a complete reconnection to all relevant spiritual practises and spiritual wisdom relating to any lifetime where there was a strong connection to the Law of One. Including any lifetime within the Golden Age of Atlantis where I followed the Law of One. Any such lifetime where I experienced a higher flow of love and infinite grace. Spirit, I now ask for a complete reconnection to all Ascended Beings that are aligned and working within the Law of One in the higher planes. Those beings that maintain the highest standards of consciousness and vibration which allows them to remain constantly in alignment with the higher planes of light, the One Creator/God/Goddess All That Is. Spirit, in this reconnection, I ask for a return and amplification of all my spiritual talents, abilities and psychic gifts. Do this so that I may dwell within the bounds of inner and outer infinite light..."
