Metaphysical & Philosophical Life Coach, Licensed Body Worker, Published Author/Poet, Meditation Teacher, Double Certified Reiki Master, Animal & Nature Lover, Vegan, compassionate being who finds importance in ALL life and still life.

What brought you here?

Linked from Ashtar Command and I'm sure spirit had something to do with it also.

What can you contribute?

Compassion, Philosophical thoughts, Acceptance of all forms of life, the extreme desire to learn about our Universe, as well as our current earthly planetary home and also the extreme need to assist others in finding their true higher selves and walk, without shame, the journey they are here to do. Namaste + Aho.

Teachers

Animals, Rocks, Trees, the Wind, etc. have all taught me the most. I'll add some human teachers on here soon. My list is long, and I'm honored to know each name on it.

Books

I love to read, and usually read 4-5 books at a time. No fiction. So I'll just type in the books that are within reach right this moment: Buddhist Boot Camp by Timber Hawkeye, The Tibetan Art of Positive Thinking by Christopher Hansard, Life without Limits by Peter Calhoun with Astrid Ganz, Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert, Being Peace by Thich Nhat Hanh - with more to come.

Movies

Powder, K-PAX, Knowing, Eat, Pray, Love, Adam, Fire in the Sky, ALL Superman movies, Titanic, 21 Jump Street, Mozart and the Whale, ALL Star Trek and (4, 5, 6) of Star Wars, The Doors, etc. Don't watch TV but on DVD love The Big Bang Theory, Ghost Whisperer, Monk, The Middle and from back in the day 21 Jump Street and Booker.

Music

Right now I'm listening to CHANT II: Benedictine Monks of Santo Domingo De Silos, which I could listen to forever but also enjoy: Mr. Mister, Chris Isaak, The Doors, Pat Benatar, Sonny and Cher, Corey Hart, etc. I really like soundtracks "Eat, Pray, Love" soundtrack I'm listening to alot lately, and when in doubt I listen to public radio classical station or discs of that sort.

Goals

Move from every situation, no matter how big or small - leaving it in a deeper connective state to all that was, is and will be. And when in doubt, at least do that situation NO HARM.
