I always enjoy drinking tea. There isn't a day that goes by without drinking it. I drink different sort of green and white teas but also a lot of different herbal teas like for instance camomile, marigold or tea from nettle leaves or many other herbs and flowers. I also enjoy combining different herbs together with for instance the leaves of blackberry or raspberry or make a combination with different sorts of spices. There is so much you can use to make a nice cup of tea. Soon the days will get shorter again and than it's so nice to make a tea with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, clove and black pepper. It's especially nice to drink when it's cold outside because it warms you up inside again. If you need it you can add a little honey for extra flavor.
I joined the Tea Room to learn about many ethnic teas, like out in African tribes they may brew a 'tea' using herbs and spices that have healing qualities. I know there are many natural ingredients that really can make drinking tea affect you, such as relaxants and other physical effects.
Does anyone have a recipe they'd like to share of their favorite tea recipe and the reason why they drink it? Meaning, is it for a health related reason or spiritual/magical reason.
I LOVE tea and would like to start trying new concoctions/flavors. ;) Thanks!

Hello Brian. Here's a question to get the brain juice flowing. ;)
How do you protect yourself/home from those who can walk on the spiritual plane and use it to spy (for negative reasons) on people. Ya know...they become the proverbial "fly on the wall" and hang around to see/read what your texting, who your talking to/about, or even to steal your computer passwords so that they can access your accounts??
I understand people who do this just because they are curious and or concerned....but these are people who do it in order to "hurt" others, in some way.
Is there a way to "shield" your entire home, or your room, or your personal space, from such invasions of privacy/ happenings??

There is an event called Negative Entities Clearing Reiki here. If you want to have a look at the manual, just do a search for it, or look it up in the events. If you have any trouble accessing it, let me know and I can arrange to get it to you.
I believe you said in your profile you're attuned to Level 2 Usui Reiki. There is a Reiki Level 3 attunement available here as well. Again, if you have trouble accessing that, I can arrange for you to get that as well, and once you show you understand what's there, I can give you a distance attunement as well. Of course, you can ask for my help any time, and I'm sure anyone else here who is a Master/Teacher would be more than willing to help you. There is a group called Shamballa Buddies that has a list of people who are especially eager to help anyone here.
