LOVE: An energy that we can generate to attract LOVE...
This is a simple, yet powerful practice I have been teaching during my retreats this year. It helps us connect to our heart and align our heart-mind with God-mind.
Try this practice daily for the month of October, and notice how you feel - whether it gets easier to live from your heart over your head...When we lead with the heart, our worlds expand, and we have the opportunity to let more love in.
THE PRACTICE
Place your hand on your heart chakra in the center of the chest and FEEL deepy into your Heart-Mind, the intelligence of the heart, your intuition and your higher self.
Consciously bring your attention from your head down to your heart.
Say these words aloud:
With the power of God that I AM, I connect to my Heart- Mind and through my Heart-Mind I join with God-Mind, Universal Creation.
Feel this connection as a golden cord of light flowing from your Heart-Mind to the mind of the Infinite Creator of all life.
We can ask our Heart-Mind for guidance in any area of our life and FEEL the reply as the voice of heart will speak clearly to us when we connect to its wisdom and the wisdom of our own authentic soul self.
All our answers lie within.
A Divinely Focussed Mind Has The Power Of The Universe By Saint Germaine Via Octavia Vasile

A truly focused mind carries the power of the entire universe, because when your energy gathers completely in one place, it becomes like a ray of sunlight passing through a lens. The same sunlight that gently warms your skin can create fire when every ray meets at one point.
Your mind works in the same way.
Most human minds travel through hundreds of worlds in a single hour. A memory appears, then an imagined conversation, then tomorrow, then yesterday, then a judgement about someone, then an analysis of yourself, then a desire, then another story. Your energy travels with every thought.
I invite you to gather it back.
Choose one thought:
I AM.
And return to it again and again.
You are walking and suddenly you are imagining what might happen next week. Come back: I AM.
You remember something someone said three years ago and the mind begins rebuilding the entire scene. Come back: I AM.
You begin analysing your progress, your relationships, your awakening, your manifestation. Come back: I AM.
You imagine ten different versions of your future. Come back: I AM.
Every return gathers your power.
Think of a river divided into a hundred little streams. Each stream carries a little force. Now imagine all those streams returning into one great river. The current becomes immense.
This is what happens to consciousness when attention becomes one-pointed.
During my own life, I gave tremendous importance to this simple practice. Again and again I returned my attention to the awareness of I AM, until the movement of thought became quieter and quieter and the presence behind thought became obvious.
At first, you repeat I AM as a thought.
Then I AM becomes a feeling. Then it becomes presence.
And eventually even the words become unnecessary, because you have arrived at the silent reality they were pointing toward.
There you meet yourself.
Behind the veil of thought there is an immense silence, alive, intelligent and completely present. This silence is your natural state. From here, manifestation becomes spontaneous because your energy is gathered, your intention is clear and your consciousness moves as one.
A scattered mind sends many signals. A focused mind sends one.
And when mind, feeling, intention and presence all move in the same direction, matter begins responding with extraordinary speed.
So make this very simple.
I AM.
Again.
I AM.
Again.
Let every memory bring you home. Let every fantasy bring you home. Let every judgement bring you home. Let every plan bring you home. Let every wandering thought become another invitation to return.
You are training the mind to become transparent enough for the power behind the mind to shine through.
And one day you will discover that the greatest power was never inside the thought itself.
It was always in the silent One who was aware of it.
This is a teaching on levels of consciousness. All levels exist but each person is focused on their level that is aligned with the Divine timing best for their evolutionary path.
Soul consciousness:
“I am an individual expression of Divine Love, and I consciously practice embodying it.”
Monadic consciousness:
“Love is what I am, and my individual life is an expression within it.”
Notice the center of consciousness. Soul is still in the body, but Monad is outside of the body.
At Soul-centered consciousness:
“I am a Soul having an embodied experience.”
At increasingly Monadic consciousness:
“The embodied Soul is an expression within a consciousness larger than this body.”
The body is still here.
The Soul is still here.
The personality is still here.
But the perceived center of identity (at Monadic consciousness) is no longer confined to the embodied individual.
Maharshi and Yogananda increasingly spoke in Monadic terms:
“There is only the Self.”
“God is the true doer.”
“The body is an instrument.”
“Consciousness is universal.”
Another Monadic expression: "The universe is looking out these eyes"
Not my eyes, "these eyes"
The identity shifts to the Monad over the form
The form is part of the experience but no longer the center of consciousness.
At ordinary identification, attention tends to run upward from the bottom:
“I am this body experiencing the universe.”
With Monadic consciousness, the perspective reverses:
“The universe/consciousness is experiencing through this body.”
Soul: “I am the consciousness expressing through this form.”
Monad: “This form is an expression within consciousness."
Soul = Point
Monad = Field
Soul consciousness is centered at a point.
Monadic consciousness is centered in the field.
This is a shift from personal to transpersonal.
Here are the levels:
Level Center Identity
1. Personality Form “I am this person.”
Pre-awakening
2. Soul Point “I am a Soul expressing through this person.”
Awakening and Enlightenment
Ring-pass-not 2 (alignment with group/unity opens the Monad level)
3. Monad Field “This person/Soul exists within consciousness.”
Resurrection- Maximum transpersonal expression in incarnation for most
Ring-pass-not 3 (alignment with planet/system opens the Logos level)
4. Logos Whole “The entire field is one expression.”
Beyond incarnation except some exceptional Avatars- God Consciousness
Beyond ring-pass-nots, entry to next Octave
