Daily Morning Practice:
️ Listen to the daily UPI Meditation and then sit quietly to integrate the frequencies for several minutes of quiet time.
️ Notice your breathing, take 3 deeper breaths, and feel your body, feel your presence, and invite yourself to relax with each exhalation.
️ Visualize your head filling with light and focus on the central spark of light.
️ Bring curiosity and kindness to your current experience and name to yourself what emotions are showing up.
️ Say 3 kind and loving things to yourself.
️ Write down what you are feeling in your journal.
KEEP SMILING YOUR BEAUTIFUL SMILE!
As you go about your day, taking a walk or wherever you are,
randomly smile at people and silently send a message, if you like, such as
"Blessings.” "Be Well." "You are loved." "Please keep quiet."
Or anything you like.
Smiling activates the release of serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins -
your "feel good" brain chemicals that help regulate mood and reduce stress.
Smiling also lowers cortisol and heart rate during stressful situations and tasks.
And of course, laughter is the best medicine of all!
