I am experimenting in using various reiki modalities and crystals for spiritual growth, opening all my chakras and connecting with my high self.
I have a suspicion that some forms of reiki are better for this. Today I experimented using kundalini, gold, imara and silver violet flame reiki simultaneously. I also had some strong crystals one meter from me.
In approximately 10 minutes the results were amazing! I will try this again tomorrow.
