This may prove helpful for a while, but to hold onto regrets and other low vibration thought patterns that keep you in the past is not helpful.

 

Allow that things might have gone better. Accept that they unfolded as they did, and now take any reasonable steps to avoid a repetition of the same.

 

There now. You are back in the present moment. Breathe fresh oxygen and energy from above and below and visualize balance. From this state you are ready to do your best once again. The past is the past, dear one. The future is yet to unfold. For now, shine on, beautiful soul.
