    Is there a process to lock aura ,for prevention of unwanted energy and unlock aura for releasing unwanted energy?

      Turn awareness inwards when surrounded by negative energies. Repeat to yourself- I am loved, I am protected, I am sustained, I am One with Source. Another way to keep energies away is to mentally say to another- Your opinion not mine. Stay in neutral observer mode and use discernment. Try not to surround yourself with negativity, but rather seek out positive people and places. Be careful not to consume negativity from others, tv, music etc. Also spend time in nature. Meditate. The key is to charge your inner battery so outside drama does not affect you or weigh you down. The inside is your personal connection with God, so connect within to block the outside. Your consciousness manages your aura. Consciousness is energy. Aura is energy. To release negative energy I meditate or listen to loving songs. Time in nature can also release negative energy.

    Sometimes I have severe headache after attunement, what could be cause and solution.

      I’ve heard that drinking at least 18 ounces of water 15 minutes before an attunement can reduce headaches. It’s not a problem I have so I can’t say for sure if it works, but I know reiki uses water cells to travel so it makes sense.

      Sorry to hear. These are temporary ascension symptoms. Cause is lower vibration energies in the fields being removed by higher vibration energies. To solve this- drink water and rest for your physical body, and meditate to integrate into your chakras- emotions and mind. Take time to integrate the energies. Also recommend time in sunlight and outside in nature to integrate energies into the body system.

      Thanks Chris, I was spending time in sunlight on my own and it felt good.My body was giving sign.and yes I was drinking less water, I will drink more water.
