How many attunment taken together

Hi, iam an indian  housewife  lget  a chance of  free  prime  manual  access for  3month and iwant to  learn  more  and more so  want  to  know  how  many  attunment taken together  aur minimum  gap  between  attunment so I utilise my time  best. can i download  many  and  taken  attunment  one by  one later is it ok. Pls  help its big  opportunity for me.

    Vaishali, you can save the manuals and attunement documents and read the words when you are ready to receive. I recommend take an attunement per day with a day of rest in between at a minumum. Except for Lightarian or Kundalini which you should leave more than 1 day of rest in between. Namaste.
