I am Saint Germain, and today I invite you to observe something very powerful: the explanations you continuously give about who you are.
You say, “I am this way because this happened to me. I struggle with this because of my childhood. My body behaves this way because it has always been this way. I react like this because this is simply who I am.”
Every time you repeat such an explanation, you give consciousness a direction. Your words create images, those images generate a state, and that state becomes part of the frequency from which you create your next experience.
When you explain today through yesterday, you invite yesterday into tomorrow.
Your history can become wisdom while your identity remains open. You are consciousness, and consciousness has an extraordinary capacity to express itself freshly in every moment.
Begin meeting yourself with curiosity. Ask yourself, “Who am I choosing to embody today?”
Perhaps today you respond with peace where you once reacted with fear. Perhaps your body discovers greater vitality. Perhaps you speak with confidence, receive abundance with ease, love more openly, or express a capacity you have never allowed yourself to explore.
Allow yourself to become unfamiliar to yourself, because there is tremendous freedom there.
Instead of repeating “This is who I am because this is what happened,” begin declaring:
I am available for a new experience of myself.
Every day I discover more of what I am capable of becoming.
