Gevurah: Point on the Sefirot that empowers you to make discerning choices, act with integrity, and uphold the principles of strength. It calls forth the strength to overcome obstacles, and to set limits when necessary
Tarab: Claim something (an object, a person, a goal) as yours, get the confidence to go after it, and have the drive, focus, and energy to do everything it takes to make it yours
Binah: Sefirot of understanding. Activate spiritual protection, forgiveness, deep/higher understanding, powers of deduction, deep freedom, clarity, insight, ecstasy, miracles, and provides deepened access to the heart.
Behemoth: Connect deeply with your own body, to control your physical urges including overcoming addictions and losing weight, and to become stronger and/or more athletic.
Self love: Love yourself more, help others love themselves more, and to become unapologetically yourself.
