Third Eye

Have read about how to open the third eye and I am still having difficulty.  Can someone explain how I can do this?  Is there an attunement that can open it?

    Dear Robin,

    We will have to have lots of meditations and years to gather have continue our efforts.....

    This can not be  opened by Attunements.....and Empowerments.....

    It really helps but rather facilitates.....
