Earth Meditation: Rainbow & Violet Flame By Teasy Love
This is a visualization for a meditation I used to do often (and still do) in my mind.
It is especially geared towards 2 goals:
- Infusing the areas of densest energy control (located on the northern hemisphere) with rainbow light so that it may dissipate gently.
- Bathing the entire planet in the healing fire of the violet flame so that this energy may go anywhere on the planet where it is needed the most.
I have created this visualization as a video to also make it easier to remember or imagine this in your mind's eye during meditation, with eyes closed or not, or at any time during the day, whatever you may be doing.
