Six months ago, at the Aries New Moon, we planted something: the self that existed before the armor, before the performance began. This Full Moon in Aries — with Chiron, the wounded healer, still active in the same sign — is the illumination, not another release. We go back through the same places in the body (chest, shoulders, jaw, belly, behind the eyes) and simply notice what's changed.
This isn't about proving the armor is gone. It's about giving your nervous system real evidence of what's already shifted, and reclaiming a little more courage to be seen without it.
