River of Inspirational Light Meditation - Steve Nobel

This meditation was recorded during a YouTube Live called Your Creative Flow. In this meditation we open and expand the inner channel that runs down from the sun into your Crown chakra along your spine to your Base chakra, and from there down into the earth.
As you feel into this inner channel feel into statement “I am one with Spirit. I am one with my Higher Self, I am a clear and pure channel for the light, I am one with the creative impulse of the cosmos, I am one with the creative impulses flowing through the earth.”
Later in the meditation the question is posed to the river of light flowing through your inner channel: “what am I here for, what is my true direction in life, what makes me truly alive?”
Just allow the river of light to absorb these questions and respond in its own way. Perhaps allowing the reply to come as sensations, impulses, gentle whispers, images. Just open to allow the light to guide you, inspire you, to move you gently away from what does not serve you, to gently lead you towards what nourishes your soul.
