🌙 This is a Pisces full moon lunar eclipse on the Virgo-Pisces axis, a North Node eclipse, meaning growth and expansion rather than release, the opposite of how most eclipses in this sign get framed. It's a deep partial, with about 93% of the moon inside Earth's shadow, and it shares its date with a total lunar eclipse that rose in this same stretch of sky nineteen years ago, on August 28, 2007.
