This video is a guided meditation and energy activation hosted by Reiki Rachael, designed to align with the energies of the current New Moon through the next Full Moon (0:00-0:30). The session is intended to help viewers release past burdens, receive clarity, and manifest intentions.
The activation process involves three main stages:
Clearing and Receiving Guidance (6:41 - 11:17): The session begins by clearing mental interference, limiting beliefs, and past narratives, creating a space for Source energy, clarity, and intuition to enter.
Divine Empowerment (11:25 - 18:19): This phase focuses on moving from states of disappointment or disempowerment into your most authentic, empowered version of self through deep compassion and integration.
Manifesting Blessings and Miracles (18:19 - 22:15): The final stage grounds your intentions, allowing for the manifestation of what may have previously seemed impossible.
Integration and Conclusion (22:16 - 25:05):
The session concludes by grounding the energy into the physical body and connecting with Mother Earth to stabilize the new frequencies before closing the energy field.
