This video is a guided energy activation session for the month of October, led by energy healer Rachael. The session is designed to help viewers align with their highest potential, release stagnant energy, and transition through the month with grace and ease.
Key Highlights of the Session:

Preparation & Grounding (0:00 - 6:50): Rachael establishes a sacred container by guiding viewers to ground their energy into the earth, connect with divine light, and wrap themselves in a protective, comforting blanket of unconditional love.
Intention Setting & Upgrades (6:50 - 12:47): Viewers are invited to set their intentions for the month, followed by an energetic upgrade of their physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies to match their new ascended blueprint.
Clearing & Release (12:47 - 21:21): A dedicated segment for releasing old patterns, beliefs, and emotional residue, using the "light of grace" to dissolve what no longer serves the viewer.
Archangel Activations (21:21 - 42:38): The session calls upon several Archangels to assist with specific shifts:
Archangel Gabriel (21:21): Third eye and throat chakra activation to help viewers perceive and speak their truth.
Archangel Shamuel (27:40): A heart activation to release walls, enhance self-love, and foster harmony between the mind and heart.
Archangel Sandalfon (30:41): Assisting with grounding prayers and releasing the need to force or fight for manifestations.
Archangel Hananiel (35:35): Working with the element of water to activate intuition and promote a state of "flow" in life.
Integration & Closing (42:38 - 51:35): The session concludes with a self-love practice, final grounding, and an energetic cleansing to seal in the activations.
