This video is a guided energy activation and healing session specifically for the Full Moon in Taurus, which is heavily influenced by Venus in retrograde. The session is designed to help viewers release past burdens, heal relationship wounds, and align with a new, abundant reality.
The session follows a structured flow:
Initial Venus Activation (0:15 - 14:40): The session begins by calling in Venus energy to facilitate deep healing regarding self-worth, love, and past heartbreaks. It focuses on clearing old attachments, relationship dynamics, and beliefs of scarcity.
Full Moon Release (14:40 - 26:17): Inspired by the Native American 'legend of the rock,' the host guides you through a visualization where you transfer your heavy burdens and negative emotions into stones and release them into a river for transmutation.
Alignment & Balance (26:17 - 36:30): This segment helps you identify where you are holding onto 'lack' versus 'desire,' allowing you to release the dual-state of existing in both fear and hope. This aims to shift your nervous system into full embodiment of your desired reality.
Final Venus Blessing (36:30 - 40:50): The session concludes by invoking Venus again to bless your life with renewal, prosperity, and harmony in areas including finances, relationships, and creative endeavors.
Grounding (40:50 - 43:30): The video ends with a grounding practice to connect with Mother Earth, ensuring that all healing and shifts are fully integrated into your physical body.
