This is the complete one-hour Full Body Reiki Session, bringing together all 12 hand placements from the 5-Minute Full Body Reiki Session Series into one continuous experience with music and gentle voice prompts.
You'll move through Reiki at the crown, sides of the head, face, shoulders, throat, heart center, solar plexus, abdomen, lower back, knees, feet, and a final whole-body and aura transmission. Sit back, relax, and receive with whatever intention feels right for you, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
You do not need to feel anything during the session for it to work. Reiki is offered for your highest good whether or not you can sense it.
This hour-long session can be used for relaxation, meditation, self-care, or simply to receive support whenever you need it. Return to it as often as you like. You cannot overdo it.
