Reflect before acting: Is this truly helpful? Is it kind and wise?

4. Be Honest, But Gentle
Speak your truth clearly, but not harshly.

Honesty is wise; delivery can be loving.

5. Develop Inner Stillness
Meditation, journaling, or solitude can help you access both inner wisdom and compassion.

From stillness, wise love emerges.

6. Stay Anchored in Values
Know what matters to you.

Let love guide your intention, and let wisdom guide your execution.

Imagine a friend keeps making the same mistake and comes to you for help again.

Love says: “I care about you and want to help.”

Wisdom says: “But if I fix this again, they might not grow.”

The balance: “I’m here for you emotionally, but I won’t solve this for you. I believe you can handle it.”

The quickest way to learn is to deal with other-selves. This is a much greater catalyst than dealing with the self. Dealing with the self without other-selves is akin to living without what you would call mirrors. Thus, the self cannot see the fruits of its beingness. Thus, each may aid each by reflection. ~ Ra, Law of One

Densities in the Law of One

In this cosmology, existence is structured in eight densities (analogous to levels or stages of spiritual evolution):

1. 1st Density: Elements (earth, air, fire, water) – basic awareness

2. 2nd Density: Simple life forms (plants, animals) – growth and movement

3. 3rd Density: Self-aware beings (humans) – choice between service to others or self

4. 4th Density: Love and understanding – communal living, telepathy, compassion

5. 5th Density: Wisdom and light – deep contemplation, teaching

6. 6th Density: Unity of love and wisdom – Ra exists here

7. 7th Density: Gateway to completion – returning to Source

8. 8th Density: The next octave – merging fully with the Creator
   
   

The Council of Twelve (often conflated with the Council of Saturn)

• The Law of One explicitly mentions a Council of Nine and Council of Saturn, not a "Council of Twelve," though later New Age and channeled literature refer to Twelve.

• The Council of Saturn is described in the Ra Material as the governing body that oversees spiritual evolution for our local solar system.

  • Composed of advanced beings in 7th and 8th density

  • Their role is to manage karmic balancing, guide incarnations, and uphold cosmic laws

  • They do not interfere but provide structure and opportunity

The Council of Twelve may be drawn from:

• Later esoteric or channeled texts inspired by the Law of One but not directly mentioned by Ra

• Symbolic of governance structures among higher-density beings

• Sometimes interpreted as part of galactic or cosmic councils

Currently working on this- 6th density consciousness. It's all about balance.

The 6th density of consciousness is described as a realm of pure love and light, where beings are extensions of their Higher Self or Soul. While 5th density might focus on the "perfection" of all things, 6th density beings are more inclined to acknowledge that perfection while also extending compassion and understanding to the lower densities.

 This density is where the subtle balancing of love and wisdom becomes a key lesson for individual consciousnesses. It's a state of being where "sharing, understanding, compassion and kindness" are experienced, even though the beings themselves may not experience the need for such things in their own realm.

In my experience Spirit has two main colors- white and gold. It seems like the Soul is golden and the Monad (Oversoul) is brilliant white. Gold is manifest light and White is un-manifest light. In my meditative experiences, higher evolution in the spirit world (4th density and higher) wears white robes, while adorned with golden necklaces as a sign of having served on Earth in manifested incarnation. For example, in my mystical experiences I see myself in a white robe with a golden necklace with a seven pointed star that looks like this.

The seven-pointed star can symbolize the different energies or forces of the Seven Rays, each corresponding to a particular aspect of spiritual consciousness. These rays are understood to be the foundation of the soul's journey toward enlightenment and are linked to different qualities, such as:

Ray 1 (Will or Power): Divine will, leadership, and strength.

Ray 2 (Love/Wisdom): Love, compassion, and spiritual wisdom.

Ray 3 (Active Intelligence): Mental clarity, intelligence, and adaptability.

Ray 4 (Harmony through Conflict): The reconciliation of opposites, beauty, and art.

Ray 5 (Concrete Knowledge/Science): Knowledge, analytical thinking, and scientific understanding.

Ray 6 (Devotion): Service, devotion, and sacrifice.

Ray 7 (Ceremonial Order/White Magic): Ritual, order, and the application of spiritual principles in daily life.

The seven-pointed star could represent the integration of all seven rays into the individual’s spiritual journey, where each point represents a different path or aspect of divine energy, working together to bring about personal transformation.

The seven-pointed star may be interpreted as symbolizing the seven planes, representing the soul’s journey through each level of existence, from physical, emotional, and mental planes to the spiritual realms. Each of the points on the star might be viewed as representing one of the seven chakras, which correspond to different stages of personal and spiritual growth. The energy from each chakra interacts, leading to greater integration and balance within the individual.

The seven-pointed star is mastery of the Earth plane, while the eight-pointed star is balance in Higher Evolution (beyond the Earth plane). The eight-pointed star is the Star of Bethlehem. The eight-pointed star leads to the cosmic astral plane via the Stargate at Sirius.

Follow your highest excitement. This is your future higher self informing your present incarnated self you are on the path to fulfillment.

Self-realization (leads to peace) is the Wisdom Path and Self-actualization (leads to bliss) is the Love Path. One is transcending the physical illusion and its attachments, another is cooperating with the physical illusion to be compassion and be of service. 

Balance is "Be in the world but not of the world."

In 2009, I was blessed by the Grace of God to see my Solar Angel as my Higher Self. My Solar Angel was a golden being that floated above me with my face on it. The Solar Angel was in charge of my consciousness evolution on Earth up to the Sun. This was the 2nd initation. This is called "The Baptism." This is when living my life purpose in service to others began. This is called "spiritual awakening."

In 2022, after a 13 year period of selfless service to others and living my life purpose, I was blessed by the Grace of God to hear my causal body be destroyed, my Solar Angel returned back to the Sun, and my Soul took over its duties, and I came in touch with my Monad (Oversoul), a brilliant white shining sun, as my new guide or Higher Self. The Monad is in charge of my consciousness evolution from the Sun to the Galaxy to the Universe to the timeless realms of God Itself. This was initations 3, 4, and 5. This is called "ascension" or "enlightenment." This is freedom from re-incarnation. 

There is still much more to learn, evolution never stops, but through evolution we each get closer to manifesting Christ on Earth. Our overall collective purpose is to bring Heaven to Earth as we are each guided by our Soul and Oversoul. To Be Love in action.

In my experience, here are fairly accurate pictures of the Soul and the Oversoul (Higher Self/Spirit).

In the first picture, The Soul is Golden Light in human form (but has no gender, it is inherently androgenous). The Soul may choose to incarnate in either gender for the purposes of balance. 

In the second picture, The Oversoul is the White Sun in the middle while the 12 Souls that make up the Oversoul (representing 12 x 12 = 144 incarnations) are Golden Light in human form (but no gender).

In the third picture, you can see a zoomed in Oversoul picture. Note that the Oversoul transcends human form and literally is Divine Light. 

When the Soul is merged with the Oversoul (enlightenment either during incarnation or in the "Afterlife"), then re-incarnation is not necessary. 

But, after enlightenment, the Soul can still clothe itself in other forms such as the etheric/astral bodies for purpose of Service or Evolution, as an interface with 4th or 5th density. Many Ascended Masters do this to interface with the physical incarnates via our third eyes or to exist closer to Earth for Service purposes. 

It is my understanding that 4th density and 5th density in Law of One are Soul realms (finer forms) but with connection to Spirit, while 6th density is the Spirit realm where outer forms can be shed and only pure light remains (In true form, The Higher Self is like a White Shining Sun as the Oversoul, or a Golden being as a Soul, depending on the consciousness and form it takes). 

The Soul, Oversoul, and God all exist at all times as separate but also united aspects. You can call the Soul, a fractal of the Oversoul, and the Oversoul, a fractal of God. But at the lowest level the fractal is still the same substance of God. The Soul is never destroyed, but can be expanded to include awareness of the Oversoul and God too. Soul awareness is "The Kingdom of Heaven is within" and Oversoul awareness is "I and God are One...We are all One. I AM that I AM."

Here is an example of a Soul clothed in an Astral body for Service. On the Path of Earth Service (or Shamballa/Heaven) Souls wear white and can look like this. But they do keep their own gender as needed for individuality purposes when in Service in Higher Evolution.

As humans we seek and then become our Divine Self, while the Divine Self is experiencing and knowing itself through the form. When I began my awakening process, I focused on the chakras, and how to open and balance them, through balanced actions, emotions and thoughts/neutral beliefs. Also Solfeggio frequencies heal chakra imbalances. Also good to know to balance the ida and pingala (balance female and male energies within- climb the Tree of Life). That is our portion of the awakening. The rest is the Divine Self descending into form and magnetizing/pulling the electric kundalini fire upward through the chakra centers. 

In the big picture it is vibration matching. For Spirit to descend the Soul/personality raises its vibration. Then Spirit completes the process via the kundalini and clears the blocks so Spirit can dwell within the Soul/personality. ....So all we have to do is raise our vibrational response to experiences (called catalysts in the Law of One- it is not about the experience but rather our response to the experience that matters).....

Here is a quote from the Law of One about how the kundailini rises upward (my notes in parentheses)- "Each experience (kundalini rise based on vibration manifested in experience) will be sequentially understood by the growing and seeking mind/body/spirit complex (the person) in terms of survival (1st- root), then in terms of personal identity (2nd- sacral), then in terms of social relations (3rd- solar plexus), then in terms of universal love (4th- heart), then in terms of how the experience may beget free communication (5th- throat), then in terms of how the experience may be linked to universal energies (6th- third eye), and finally in terms of the sacramental nature of each experience (7th- crown)." - Ra/Law of One.

According to what I have read, the Bardo stages are "afterlife" stages that are experienced by those who have not ascended. The Ascension mirrors the Bardo stages except it happens during physical life. Bardo stages 1-3 are slow for selfish people and may not even exist for selfless people. It depends on the state of consciousness at the time of physical death. Consciousness is energy. Loving consciousness rises to Loving realms. Both low vibe and high vibe consciousness goes through a Life Review, to re-incarnate for low vibe consciousness or to move onto Higher Evolution for high vibe consciousness.

Bardo Stage 1- Death of the Physical Body- Death of Individuality. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the body. If the body is not released then the spirit becomes an earthbound ghost. Etheric form fixed on Earth plane due to unmet physical desires. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 1- "Awakening" Release of physical desires/addictions. First connections with the Soul. The Dark Night of the Soul. 1st Initiation. Service to Others begins. Move to 51% Service to Others or greater. 

Bardo Stage 2- Release of the Astral Layer or Emotional Body. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the emotional body. If the emotional body is not released then the spirit becomes an astral ghost. Finer etheric form fixed on negative emotions. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 2- "Baptism" "Shadow work" to clear emotional patterns from the emotional body. "Self-control" of emotions. Release of emotional desire. Merge with the Soul in the heart. 2nd Initiation. Service to Others continues. Move to 51% Service to Others or greater.

Bardo Stage 3- Release of the Mental Layer or Mental Body. Forgiveness can intercede at any stage and release the veil of the mental body. If the mental body is not released then the spirit becomes a mental ghost. Even finer form fixed on negative mental beliefs. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition. Eventually, they move onto a life review.

Ascension Stage 3- "Shadow work" continues but this time to release restrictive thoughts and beliefs. Release of mental desire. "Self-control of the mind and the thoughts." Leads to the Soul merging with the mind. "Enlightenment or Transfiguration" 3rd Initiation. This stage depends on God's Grace. First connection with the Oversoul. Service to Others Life Purpose being fulfilled. 51% Service to Others or greater. 

Bardo Stage 4- Void- Life Review. Rebirth into another Physical Incarnation (Re-incarnation). The Causal Body contains actions that cannot be balanced unless balanced during physical incarnation. However, this stage depends on God's Grace- if the actions on Earth were mostly balanced, 51% Service to Others or greater, then the lightbody transcends the Causal Body and can ascend to Higher Realms. Forgive the afterlife to release the bardo veil to speed up transition.

Ascension Stage 4- Experience of the Void. However, the Causal Body is destroyed because the physical actions on Earth have balanced the actions stored. Good karma resolves negative karma. 4th initiation. Freedom from re-incarnation. This stage depends on God's Grace- consciousness ascends to higher realms. Service to Others Life Purpose being fulfilled. 51% Service to Others or greater.

Most people on Earth are Location 1. Locations 2-3 are awakening and Locations 4+ are enlightenment. There are also two paths to pursue enroute to and after enlightenment- the Path of Humanity and the Path of Freedom. The Path of Humanity is the Compassion Path and the Path of Freedom is the Wisdom Path. For example, in my case I am in the Path of Humanity on Earth 3rd density and then Heavenly Earth 4th density (The Path of Earth Service) then I will transition to the Path of Freedom in the University of Sirius for the Path of Freedom (5th density), until Compassion-Wisdom are balanced and then I will become my Higher Self (6th density) which is beyond both.

Let's discuss the physical vs. the afterlife.

The physical is Space-time. One line of time and all space to navigate through. The afterlife is Time-space. All time and one line of space to navigate through. In the physical you are a particle, in the afterlife you are a wave. 

In the physical, the kingdom of heaven is within you. Spiritual initiations are inner. In the afterlife, the kingdom of heaven is outside of you. Initiations are outer. 

In the physical thoughts and emotions are within. In the afterlife thoughts and emotions are outside (like in dreams which is actually you in time-space).

Emotions and thoughts are instant outer creations in the afterlife. Emotions and thoughts are simply slow manifestation in the physical. 

So how do ghosts become earth bound? The thoughts and feelings at death were low vibe and when they transitioned their outer became low vibe. What you have within, you take with you. So ghosts are not aware of the outside such as heaven because they are trapped in their low vibe earthbound thoughts and emotions.

Prayer and Forgiveness exist on both sides. So pray and forgive the ghosts and they awaken that heaven does exist. This is kind of like our inner awakening here but reversed to be an outer awakening. Then they are cleansed and go there, like when we awaken we find heaven within.

So if you want a great afterlife, develop inner love by loving self and others so your outer afterlife is outer love. Literally love is all you need and the love within you, you take with you.
