I am delighted to welcome everyone to this Sacred Website - City Of Shamballa, where we help each other with our spiritual growth, upliftment, & healing by giving each other loving support and by sharing meditations, spiritual practices, Reiki, and healings.
 
And you are also welcome to share any blockages or problems in your spiritual journey, for we may be able to help you and extend Divine Love & Light, Healing, and Wisdom on what you are experiencing.
 
We are all divinely connected to one another, for God's Presence resides within every human being.
 
And all awakened souls are helping manifest our 5th dimensional world by continuing to unfold and embody our own Divine Presence through our spiritual practices and the Divine Healings we all need.
 
So sharing our visions of the new 5th dimensional world we are all creating...and sharing our experiences and spiritual practices that are helping us in our own spiritual journey and healing are important in our website.

INGREDIENTES


  • 1 cabeça de alface
  • 8 tomates cereja
  • 1/4 do maço de agrião
  • 2 pães de forma
  • Maionese
  • Cebolinha
  • Pimenta-do-reino
  • Orégano
  • Sal
  • Azeite
  • Queijo parmesão

MODO DE PREPARO

  1. Coloque um pouco de maionese sobre os 2 pães de forma (apenas para untar)
  2. Coloque um pouco de pimenta do reino e orégano
  3. Coloque para torrar no micro-ondas por 1 minutos e 30 segundos
  4. O pão de forma deve ficar durinho, como torrada
  5. Com uma faca, faça 3 tirinhas na vertical e 4 na horizontal (resumindo: pique em quadradinhos)
  6. Reserve
  7. Enquanto o pão estiver torrando no microondas, faça a salada:
  8. Lave bem todas as verduras
  9. Coloque todas as folhas do alface, uma sobre a outra, enrole e corte em tiras
  10. Desfolhe o agrião
  11. Corte cada tomate cereja em 3 ou 2 pedacinhos
  12. Pique a cebolinha bem fininha
  13. Misture tudo
  14. Adicione sal (costumo colocar de 3 a 4 pitadas bem caprixadas)
  15. Adicione 1 pitada de pimenta-do-reino, misture tudo
  16. Adicione um pouco de azeite
  17. Adicione queijo parmesão (eu coloco bastante queijo)
  18. Por cima da salada jogue os crotons (pão de forma torrado e temperado)

  • Dica: Não use queijo ralado de pacotinho. 
    Compre o queijo parmesão e rale em casa.
