Cilantro
Cilantro
Cilantro – to me – almost tastes like a fruit. I think that’s why I like it so much.
One of my favorite smoothie recipes is a big handful of cilantro and 1/2 of a chilled pineapple. Just blend and serve. It’s the perfect tropical refreshment on a hot day.

Cilantro Flowering
Therapeutically, cilantro contains chlorophyll and other micronutrients that makes it a great nutrient dense addition to any meal. Cilantro, in extract form, has been shown to help remove heavy metals from the body. It also has anti-microbial properties as well.
Usage: Eat it with everything! Add it to your smoothies.
In extract form, you can use it in conjunction with other heavy metal therapies to assist detoxification. I wouldn’t rely on just cilantro if you’re very toxic.
