Hello. Having cured myself of lupus and having an interest in natural medicine since forever it seems, i feel qualified to promote this easy cheap way to allow one's body to heal itself of dis ease. It seems Jesus promoted this hypothesis also with suggestions of fasting and drinking pure water. It all works on the ph (power of hydrogen) value of the body. As providing a ph value of 7.3 in soil for healthy plants, so it follows that to maintain the body ph at same value, stops asid or alkaline stress and side effects of like asidosis, low blood pressure paracite infestations, chemical build ups, cancers and even colds to effect our bodies. (i still am working with the old resonances!) The idea is if one provides the correct balance it gives the body a chance to heal itself. Ph testing strips (not sugar testing strips) for urine and saliva are used. To get ph value about 8 (!) is optimal. Of course urine tests more asid than spit. Bicarbonate of soda, without aluminium, has a ph of around 9 something and one quarter to a half teaspoon taken first thing on waking and last thing at night does the job. Foods also have their own values. Parsley is alkalizing as are shots of lemon juice. (though must rinse mouth after to save teeth). Its easy to find values of all food on the net. Also good for all to do their own research. Next....important to balance calcium and magnesium levels. Most peopl are unbalanced. In which can simply be assessed by neck and shoulder pain. An inbalance of calcium is pain on one side, and imbalance of magnesium is pain on the other. Most store bought vitimins cannot be utilized by body properly. I find dolimite works well for getting both. Magnesium oxide is not organic! The quality of water one drinks is most important. Test your water for ph value. Check out which of many chemicals are added to water supplies...its appalling. Sunshine has been most undervalued in healing. Perhaps because its free? Vit d3 is very important for the immune system and has been proven to enhance regeneration of. Vitimin b (all of them 3, 6 ...) can be tested by blood tests specific. Also research what a healing crisis is. Sometimes there is a good pain, it shows action is happening. As above so below. From within to without. Love and laughter also very alkilizing as is chanting.     Thankyou Melodie, metta ! Have been practising tonglen for a few decades, since fortunately receiving transmition from Sogyal Rinpochee. Also was recognised as baru buana in indonesia, called buanna playing on my name and ibu (mother). Ive found that combining practical organic health solutions lightens the load a bit. lol.
    Have been involved with health practises since studing as r.n. and psych nurse when 19.
    So, i was serious when asking if nuns would wear longjohns for winter!! found a great site selling red longjohns. Reakon they could send however many for free postage as well as tzog chin community here would mayb respond to me asking for donations...namaste annette xo
