QUARTZ

Photobucket                                             Me &  a huge Quartz crystal cluster. in Arkansas. I was writing an article for the "Rock 'N Gem" magazine so they let me into their warehouse. What a thrill when I wrapped both arms around the cluster. I shocked everything I touched for several hours afterwards.It's hard to tell in this picture but the entire cluster was made up of double-terminated crystals cutting through the center.

Rose Quartz 
Emotional balance. Very good for expressing and soothing emotions. Try to find undyed rose quartz. gold doesn't mix with rose quartz.

Frosted Quartz

: Balance. place this over the chakras or wear it around your neck. It is wonderfully soothing.


Personal Note:  Quartz is the single most common mineral on Earth. It encompuses 23% of the Earth's crust. There are many misconceptions but many Quartz minerals have adopted their own name;  either by geographical location or mineral content. To name a few in the Quartz family; Amethyst, Citrine, Chalcedony, Tiger Eye, Cat;s Eye, Carnielan, Aventurine, and many more. Some members of the Quartz family adopted geographical names such as the "Herkimer Diamond" from the New York area. Granted they are stubby,  but they're still just double-terminated Quartz crystals. Similiarly in southwestern Montana around Lake Delmoe, they are called  "Montana Diamonds".

    This seriously opens the 3rd Eye and gives you complete access to guidance you really need to know.

    You will need: 3 pieces Rose Quartz and 1 Amethyst.
    Place one Rose Quartz on 3rd eye
    One Rose Quartz in each palm
    The Amethyst on Solar Plexus Chakra.
    Then lay down and concentrate on the feelings from the crystals. You will feel a tingling may take a while but stay with it closed eyes help. Stay like this until you want to stop, you will probably fall asleep too.
    When I did this exercise the first time, a Rose Quartz in my right hand rolled around and then jumped out of my hand, so don't get freaked out if this happens to you. Some others who pratice this have told me that it also helps them with remembering past lives.
