I tried several techniques do try to potentialize the effects of the Lightarian Ascention Rays. A very poweful one is a techinque which I borrowed from Karuna Ki (maybe it's from Usui Reiki too, but I'm not sure).
Just write "Connect me to the Source" on a piece of paper. This works especially if you took all the six Lightarian Ascention attunements. The sixth attunement connects you to the Source, which is the deepest level of energy and consciouness. Put the paper in your hands. Just feel the energy flow.
