Dearest Lorena, The Gratitude ANKH was designed and materialized in The Netherlands by Jaap van Velsen via guidance. He went on a journey to Egypt years ago and once there he started to receive messages how to co create different ANKH's. Unfortunately his website is in Dutch but however you can see the various ANKH's that were created and spread to various people. Here is a link to various photographs of the ANKH's that are created.

Here is a closer view of the Gratitude ANKH created by Jaap van Velsen and guidance. The inside ring is the Moon energy flow and the outside ring is the Sun. It is possible to place it in any position.
