i dont have this book. guess even if you haven't read the book, you can wholeheartedly request them permanently place you in ultimate ascension seat and to run all the Ascension activations each moment 24/7 which is best suited for you, so that it runs with ease & harmony along with all the previous & future ascension/spiritual/energy works etc which you do. Request all the Masters,Archangels,Guides etc for perfect grounding at all times day or night (if possible request them atleast once daily). BUT PERMANENTLY activating all the keys could result in receiving more amount of energy, which everybody may not be able to handle. In such situation request divine beings in final chapter to automatically activate & deactivate all the keys so that you only receive right amount of energy that you can handle at all times day & night without causing any uncomfort.
