I am delighted to welcome everyone to this Sacred Website - City Of Shamballa, where we help each other with our spiritual growth, upliftment, & healing by giving each other loving support and by sharing meditations, spiritual practices, Reiki, and healings.
 
And you are also welcome to share any blockages or problems in your spiritual journey, for we may be able to help you and extend Divine Love & Light, Healing, and Wisdom on what you are experiencing.
 
We are all divinely connected to one another, for God's Presence resides within every human being.
 
And all awakened souls are helping manifest our 5th dimensional world by continuing to unfold and embody our own Divine Presence through our spiritual practices and the Divine Healings we all need.
 
So sharing our visions of the new 5th dimensional world we are all creating...and sharing our experiences and spiritual practices that are helping us in our own spiritual journey and healing are important in our website.

Some Stone Rituals

                                        Blue Stone 3rd Eye EyeMeditation


This is to help open you 3rd eye
1. Get a dark blue stone - Lapis will work
2. Lie on your back in a meditative state, with you head facing East.
3. When you are ready, place the stone on your forehead, over the third eye
4. Stay there for as long as you like. When finished, write down anything you saw in meditation and cleanse the stone.
To cleanse the stone
1. Place some salt in a microwavable bowl - enough to cover stone.
2. Place salt in microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Take out and place stone in salt when cooled - leave until you use it again. 


                                                     Rose Quartz Aura Water Cleanse


I get a Rose Quartz, incense stick and a candle and a bowl of cold water big enough to immerse your right hand in. Have incense and candle burning, place Rose Quartz in left hand and then immerse right in the bowl of cold water, just relax and all negativity flows into the water. It will get warm. Stay that way until you feel lighter. Throw the water from the bowl back into nature so onto a plant will do to let the earth recycle it into good energy again.
