In 2012, my sister left our earthly plane.
She had a rough number of years with medical problems of multiple unexplainable natures, and after divining permission, I wanted to do a Reiki healing session for her life, and all past and future lifetimes.
The intention that I set for the session was "I intend that this healing will provide healing of all physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges, at all times in the lifetime of __________________, born _________, died _________, and all past and future lifetimes, as it is in her highest and greatest good."
The session itself is a combination of Usui Reiki, New Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Gold Reiki, Imara Reiki, and Karuna Ki Reiki.

Over the last few years I've learned that it's the contract that she made for whatever lessons she needed to learn, just like the contract that I've made for whatever lessons I needed to learn.
Just wish when we came of body, the contract was in our pockets. :)
