I am a massage, bodyworks, energy practitioner and all around perpetual student.
What brought you here?
I found out about this site by following my thirst for expanding my knowledge as a healer.
What can you contribute?
I am currently working on a project that involves the breakdown of jargon and language barriers that one faces when they keep and open mind and follow their hearts through ones journey as a healer. I am a healer and an eager student.
Teachers
I have had many wonderful teachers over my journey, some have the titles as such; most of my teachers I may never be able to know their names. Everywhere I look all I see are teachers and masters in many lineages and on a multitude of Taos.
Books
It can be tricky picking out only a couple of books; one that comes to mind, Aldous Huxley's "A Brave New World," it's also hard not to include "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" series or "The Lords of the Rings" trilogy along with all the other tales of Middle Earth. So many great authors out there as well: Kurt Vonnegut, Thomas Pynchon, Robert A. Heinlein. It just begins there, avid reader and researcher.
Movies
Akira Kurosawa movies are some of may favorites. "Life is Beautiful," has to be hands down one of the best I have ever seen.
Music
I listen to about everything except pop music. I just have never been a fan of commercials.
Goals
Advancing my healing arts as well as my martial arts, to aid and sharpen my mind, body, and spirit to aid everyone that I am able. To finish the groundwork research for my healing compendium to aid the one's who I may never get to hug but know that they are never out of reach(Reiki aside!).
