I hear of so many who are in emotional need and heartache, and I want to help them in their suffering. Also, when my Father died, before I knew of Reiki. It hurts me badly that there was nothing I could do for him, nothing I could do to ease his horrible pain. I do not want to have to allow that to ever happen again to anybody that I am around.

In reference to your goals, I think that is very noble. I was just writing to a relative about that very aspect of Reiki; that it allows you to have a way to help when you don't know what to do and helps you to feel that you can help people to enjoy life and make the world better.
