I AM El-li-yah. Many have channelled that the earth planet exists already in 5D. Although this is true, She exists also in her third dimensional form, just as you now exist as human beings in your physical bodies.

When you are following a higher dimensional guided meditation, you may enter into fifth dimensional frequency - and you are truly succeeding in holding a higher dimensional vibration at that time. But you have not simply become fifth dimensional from one moment to the next - you are in the transition.

The Ascended Masters ascended into the higher dimensions because while on Earth they learned how to hold this high frequency all of the time. And yet, you will be the first beings in all the Universes who will be able to remain physical and hold higher dimensional consciousness simultaneously!
