You can give by allowing a stranger to go ahead of you into an elevator, and you can give by asking which floor they are going to and pressing the button for them. If someone drops something you can give a helping hand and pick it up for them. You can give warm embraces to those you love. And you can give appreciation and encouragement to everyone.

There are so many opportunities for you to give and thereby open the door to receiving.

As you focus with all of your strength on appreciation, you will not only reduce your exposure to the negativity, but at the same time you will be attracting positive people into your life.

Get yourself on to the appreciation frequency, and the law of attraction can only surround you with people who are in a positive state.

Strangers seek out Debbie Wagner’s artwork to mark key milestones, memorialize loved ones
No two sunrises are ever the same. Each day’s spectacle in the sky is altered by particles in the atmosphere, the tilt of the Earth, the lengths of different waves of light.

Debbie Wagner knows this better than almost anyone else. With earnest devotion, she has risen in the darkness more than 2,200 times so she could observe and paint the sunrise. She’s rarely missed a morning since December 2005; for Wagner, the daily ritual is sustaining.

“As a brain-tumor survivor, I lost so many of the loves I had, like reading and writing and mathematics,” said Wagner, 56, who had two cancerous, pear-sized tumors removed from her brain in separate surgeries in 2002. “My visual journal became essential to my attitude for the day.

“When I look at a sunrise, it represents a new beginning. I’m just so happy to be here another day and see my kids do different things and go to dinner with my husband. I suppose that’s the addiction of it — it puts me in a state of mind focused on gratitude.”

Increasingly, Wagner’s artwork is taking on personal significance for others as well. People moved by her story have started requesting sunrise paintings for their own milestones: the day of a wedding or a baby’s birth; the day a loved one came home safely from Iraq or Afghanistan; the day a person finally overpowered a stubborn addiction.

Three weeks ago, the family of Justin Tyler Berry reached out to Wagner for an altogether different reason. Wagner learned why in a concise email from Berry’s uncle, Cody Cox.

“My 24-year-old nephew was killed in a car accident December 12th, 2011 — the day of his last sunrise here with us,” Cox wrote. “I would like to purchase that day’s painting, if it is available, and also December 13th, 2011. Both unframed please.”

Berry had been an outgoing student working toward a degree in agriculture marketing at Pittsburg State University in Kansas. He died instantly outside Miami, Okla., when an oncoming driver swerved into his lane and collided into his truck head on. He had been on his way to an evening basketball game where he planned to help younger kids improve their techniques.

“His last day was beautiful just like his whole life was,” Cox, 33, said in an interview. Cox smiled when he recalled the “typical” way Dec. 12 began for his perpetually carefree nephew: Berry had locked his keys in his truck, so he had to run to class so he wouldn’t miss a final exam.

Once he got the exam and the key mishap behind him, Berry spent the rest of his day with almost every member of his large and close-knit family. That evening he headed out to play his favorite sport.
“He was just a delightful person,” his uncle said. “He made friends so easily because he was so sincere and so genuine. ... He made everyone in his life feel as though they were his favorite person.”

‘You have to redefine’

When Wagner learned that Berry’s family wanted to memorialize him with her sunrise paintings, she sat down and cried. She then made arrangements to deliver the paintings to Cox in person in Oklahoma City on Feb. 4.

Wagner is always astonished by the encounters she has with families who seek out paintings and share their stories with her. The Bennington, Kan., resident never imagined such connections could be possible — in part because she never imagined she’d become an artist.

She had been a healthy and fit mother of three when doctors discovered her two large brain tumors a decade ago. Before her surgeries, doctors warned her she likely was mere weeks away from a major stroke; after her surgeries, doctors likened her experience to being shot through the head.

Wagner had long been a foodie who loved to prepare complex recipes. She also savored long novels, managed her family’s finances and made it a priority to get at least nine hours of sleep a night.
Post-surgery, all of that changed. Multitasking became nearly impossible, and she found she could no longer follow recipes, balance a checkbook or keep a novel’s plot straight in her mind. She also lost her cherished ability to sleep through the night.

“You go through this mourning-type period of sadness, and then you realize that you’re a different person and you have to redefine,” Wagner said. “My husband jokes, ‘Well, I’ve gotten to be married to two different women without having to get divorced!’ ”

Her brain tumors and surgeries may have robbed Wagner of much, but they also gave in unexpected ways: She said she wound up experiencing a heightened visual perceptiveness and an irresistible pull toward art.

A personal journal

Wagner painted for about three years before attempting her first sunrise. She felt compelled to try it one winter morning when she awoke early from a fitful sleep. She still remembers how vibrant and spectacular the big-sky Kansas sunrise looked that day.

“I thought to myself, ‘I wonder if I can paint that?’ And I did!” Wagner said. “It was so exhilarating that I did it again the next day, and the next day. ... Now the devotion to it is effortless for me because I get such a rush from it.”

It takes Wagner about 30 to 45 minutes to complete a 5-by-14-inch pastel creation from a darkened second-story perch in her home. She skips her morning routine on days that are completely overcast, but her ritual is so ingrained that she brings her painting equipment with her on vacations. Her sunrise paintings gradually began to grow in popularity through word of mouth after a gallery in Salina, Kan., invited her to exhibit a sunrise show.

“I’m not a great painter. I’m not trying to ask for a compliment or anything — I’m just telling you the truth,” Wagner said. “I think people are drawn to the honesty of what I’m doing, and the pureness of it. It’s not calculated and it’s not planned, and it was never meant to be commercial. It’s my journal and it’s very personal.”

As was the case with Justin Tyler Berry’s family, another Midwestern family felt drawn to Wagner’s paintings after experiencing a devastating loss. A beloved 30-year-old Kansas school teacher died unexpectedly one night from a mysterious and sudden illness. His wife was three months pregnant when she attended his standing-room-only funeral.

A friend requested Wagner’s sunrise painting from the day of the teacher’s death and gave it to his family. Family members were so moved by the gift that they contacted Wagner about five months later to place an upcoming sunrise painting on hold: the date the teacher’s wife was due to give birth by Cesarean section.

“On the day of the baby’s birth, the sunrise was incredible,” Wagner recalled. “I had a very difficult time painting this sunrise because of the significance to the family. I didn’t feel like I was fully capturing how beautiful it was. And I realized at that time, I never really capture the beauty of the real thing — I can only show my reaction to the beauty I’m seeing.

“There is no substitute for the real thing.”

Bajau Laut – sea gypsies

The Bajau Laut people of the south-western Philippines and Indonesia live their entire lives on the sea. Known as “sea gypsies” or “sea nomads”, they inhabit amazing villages built on stilts in the middle of the ocean.

Many Bajau people do not set foot on land except to trade fish and sea cucumbers for rice and (ironically) water, build new boats, or bury the deceased. In fact, they sometimes report feeling “landsick” when they do!

Even when their fragile, driftwood settlements are decimated in the typhoon season, or ransacked by pirates, they just take to their boats and start to build a new house.

These amazing people are so at home in the water that their bodies have physically adapted to it, giving them better underwater vision and the ability to hold their breath for up to five minutes while free-diving for their dinner, as this member of the Bajau Laut clan happily demonstrates:

…and slap on a bit of natural sunblock.

That only leaves the eardrums, which might tend to cause a bit of hassle when diving to depths of up to 30m. They are simply ruptured at an early age.

“You bleed from your ears and nose, and you have to spend a week lying down because of the dizziness,” said one sea gypsy (reported the Guardian), “but after that you can dive without pain.”
Nobody said life in paradise was easy.

They may look like regular folks frolicking in the water on a hot summer's day, but they're really much more remarkable than that. They are the Moken, a group of about 2,000 to 3,000 people who are born, live and die traveling the Andaman Sea around Southern Thailand and Myanmar (Burma). Settling only during monsoon season, these "Sea Gypsies" live more than half the year in boats called kabang, each made from a single tree. They are master fishermen and expert divers, catching fish on spears with ease, while collecting a variety of other fruits of the sea by hand, such as sea cucumbers at low tide and shellfish at high tide.

Moken children learn how to swim before they can walk. The Moken can plunge to depths of 75 feet without any life support gear and can also lower their heart rates in order to hold their breaths for twice as long as other humans. And that's not all: Swedish scientist Anna Gislen also found that Moken children have the power to constrict their pupils to tiny pinpoints when they're in the water, enabling them to sharpen their sight and see much better underwater than the rest of us.

But how do they do it? At first, scientists thought that there might be some super-sighted genetic variation in play; after all, the Moken have been diving for hundreds of years. Perhaps, but Gislen's studies with European children showed some pretty cool results - after four to six months of training, Swedish youngsters would automatically constrict their pupils when they came in contact with water, though not to the extent of the Moken children, who have been practising this exercise far longer.

With their almost superpower diving abilities, the Moken could easily exploit the sea, reaping more than they require to sell or trade, but they choose not to. They live simple, low-impact lives, never catching more than is required to survive. A peaceful and nonviolent people, the Moken treat everyone as family, sharing what they have and abstaining from the accumulation of worldly possessions.

To be sure, the Moken's animist beliefs led them to worship the sea and respect its power. They know how to read the signs that the mighty ocean herself sends them, enabling them to find higher ground before anyone else knew that the 2004 Tsunami would hit.

The Moken people saw it coming when others didn't

When asked how the Moken people knew that the tsunami would come, they speak of the Laboon, or the "wave that eats people," a legend that has been passed down through the generations. Angry ancestral spirits bring on this "Big Wave," but before it arrives, the sea recedes. Saleh Kalathalay, the village headman, recognized these signs before the 2004 Tsunami struck, and ran to warn everyone to move to higher ground to avoid the impending wave. Everyone was spared, except for one handicapped tribesman who was forgotten on the beach, and for this lapse of memory, the tribe believes it is cursed and will not rebuild their village in the same spot.

And although the Moken survived the devastating disaster of 2004, the traditional nomadic life and the knowledge of the sea that comes part and parcel with it, could soon be lost. Only about 1,000 Moken still lead the traditional life and the numbers continue to dwindle.

Until the 1980s, the Sea Gypsies were largely untouched by modern civilisation. With the influx of entrepreneurs and tourists over the past 30 years and pressure from government, some Sea Gypsies are being forced to settle in permanent villages. Moken men are overworked by Burmese fishermen, often dying from the bends after diving deep and resurfacing quickly. And military presence restricts free movement of the Moken, resulting in difficulties ranging from an inability for young people to find spouses to a lack of trading opportunities for staples such as rice.

Dire though the situation seems, there is still hope. Moken leaders continue to forge ahead to bring people together and pass down the stories and rituals that have enabled these people to live for so long in partnership with the sea.

Certainly, the knowledge that the Sea Gypsies have passed on to the rest of the world is something we won't soon forget.

Mark Twain was still alive and the South Pole had yet to be discovered when Edith Ritchie and Evelyn 'Evie' Middleton were born. Now, aged 102, the pair have been named as the world's oldest living twins.

Edith Ritchie and Evelyn 'Evie' Middleton have been named as the world's oldest living twins.

They were born on 15 November of that year on a farm near Newburgh in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Britain still had Edward VII as king and Florence Nightingale was still alive. Remarkably, despite their age, neither of the twins has ever left UK shores.

Although not identical, their mother always dressed them exactly the same. After leaving school, they worked on farms before leaving to start their own families.

Evelyn married William Middleton and had four children, 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.

Her sister Edith, married Nathaniel Ritchie and had four children, nine grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and three-great-great grandchildren.

The sisters have remained close throughout their life and now live together at Bonnyton House care home in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland.

When asked her secret to a long life, Edith says 'simple living, hard work and a good husband'.

Guinness World Records Editor-in-Chief Craig Glenday said: 'They’re not just the oldest in the UK, they hold the world title. They’ve clearly benefitted from good genes, and a solid life-long friendship that only twins can truly understand.'

Remember this woman!

Irena Sendler

Died: May 12, 2008 (aged 98)

Warsaw, Poland

During WWII, Irena, got permission to work in the Warsaw ghetto, as a Plumbing/Sewer specialist. She had an ulterior motive.

Irena smuggled Jewish infants out in the bottom of the tool box she carried. She also carried a burlap sack in the back of her truck, for larger kids.

Irena kept a dog in the back that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers let her in and out of the
ghetto. The soldiers, of course, wanted nothing to do with the dog and the barking covered the kids/infants noises.

During her time of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save 2500 kids/infants.

Ultimately, she was caught, however, and the Nazi's broke both of her legs and arms and beat her severely.

Irena kept a record of the names of all the kids she had smuggled out, in a glass jar that she buried under a tree in her back yard. After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived and tried to reunite the family. Most had been gassed. Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes or adopted.

In 2007 Irena was up for the Nobel Peace Prize. She was not selected. Al Gore won, for a slide show on Global Warming.

Later another politician, Barack Hussein Obama, won for his work as a community organizer for ACORN.

In MEMORIAM - 65 YEARS LATER

Policeman ‘chased himself’ for 20 minutes while looking for suspect

A police officer chased himself for more than 20 minutes whilst on the look out for someone “acting suspiciously”, it has been revealed.

The officer chased himself while attempting to find a suspect spotted on CCTV.The probationary officer, from Sussex Police, was undercover checking out an area that had been hit by a spate of burglaries when he was alerted by CCTV operators to a nearby suspect. Unaware that the suspect was himself, the officer set off to track them down – chasing his own tail for more than 20 minutes.

The mistake was only realised after a sergeant inside the CCTV control room recognised the young officer, prompting mass hilarity. The pursuit came to light after a senior officer spoke of the incident to a magazine published by the Police Federation.

“Every time the man darted in to another side alleyway, the PC was turning immediately into the same alleyway, but every time the CCTV operator asked what he could see there was no trace,” the senior officer revealed.

“It was at this point that the sergeant entered the control room where he recognised the junior officer.

“With the sergeant's sides aching from laughter he pointed out to the PC that the operator had been watching him unaware that he was a plain-clothes officer – thus the PC had been chasing himself round the streets,” he added.

Sussex Police also managed to see the funny side of the incident. “Policing is often a serious business, so we all enjoy moments of light relief,” a spokesperson said.

“This story was shared anonymously with the Police Federation magazine, so unfortunately without the date or location, confirming the details and locating the officer is harder for us than it was for the CCTV operator.”

     Children of the One God:

          I address myself to those of you who have pursued the auric studies set forth by my colleague and friend the Ascended Master Kuthumi.  And to all who have not had the privilege of reading his words and following the cadences of his thought as the ever-widening circle of the aura of this blessed Brother of the Golden Robe encompasses the world in the love-wisdom of his heart, may I recommend that you do so.  For our studies here will be laid upon the foundation which Kuthumi has laid.    

          To those who have not known me or my work with the heirarchy, which was registered concurrently with that os El Morya and Kuthumi upon many disciples of the masters both in the East and the West during the last century and a half, may I introduce myself as the Tibetan Master and as one who has chosen to expand the love fires of the heart to woo mankind to the center of Christ awareness where the balance of the threefold flame perceives and is perceived by the fullness of that mind which was in Christ Jesus.

           The motto of the brothers who keep the flame of life with me on behalf of earth's evolutions is summarized in the words of the writer of the Book of Proverbs " Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. "  Some of our disciples who have followed with us the long trek in pursuit of the star of his appearing, the great I AM Presence of the Bethlehem babe, will recall that it was I who accompanied the Masters El Morya and Kuthumi to the place where Jesus was born.

            We came to pay homage to the heart of God made manifest as the heart of the Son of God.  We came to adore the light of the Christos.  We came with the wise dominion of the masters of the Far East to form a circle of protection around mother and child and to impart to Joseph an aura of protection for the flight into Egypt.

             We come again in this series on a similar mission.  We come to pay homage to the Christ aborning in the heart of children of God everywhere.  We come to expand the circle of protection.  We come to teach mankind to keep the fires of the heart with all diligence and to conserve the crystal-flowing waters of life that issue forth from this luminous fount of love, wisdom, and power.  We come to show forth a trinity of the mastery of the aura.

              And so brother Kuthumi has nobly stated his case for the expansion of soul consciousness through the aura.  He has shown how, by replacing the personality patterns and perversions with soul consciousness  -  which you call, and that rightly so, solar awareness  -  you can increase the forcefield of the aura and use it to intensify the light of God on earth and to make of the aura the wedding garment of the Lord.

              The work of Kuthumi given forth as an exercise in the expansion of the soul and its faculties reaching out to contact the Spirit of God is intended to awaken mankind from the sleep of the ages to a new perception of life, a perception of God, through the faculties of the soul.  It is a work which all devotees of the sacred fire may use to diligently begin the process of the personal cleansing that is so necessary to the realization of the consciousness of God.  As you meditate, then, with beloved Kuthumi, recognize that he has a momentum of auric light which he extends from his forcefield to your own for the specific purpose of bringing about the quickening and the cleansing of your soul consciousness.                          ~  End Part 1

        When one reaches the stage of being able to live totally in each moment, your personal space expands

automatically enabling more spiritual energy to enter.   I have been living in mindfulness for several years

now, and it is the most creative way to live one's life.   I discovered it happens after years of allowing life

to slow down and doing the internal clearing necessary for the ascension energies to have a clean slate

to integrate fully and successfully.   Last year was a year full of ascension energy downloads, causing all kinds 

of physical and emotional symptoms that were quite difficult at times to cope with.   But,it did help me to

increase my capacity for living mindfully  -  living in each moment and expanding the amount of spiritual

light within my aura.   Expanding one's aura, by the way, is necessary for the ascension into each higher

dimension.   If people want to ascend to 5D, it is necessary to do the personal spiritual work necessary

to expand their aura to raise their personal vibrations to that of less dense 5th dimensional life.

       It is not as difficult as it sounds, to live in mindfulness.  It just takes determination and focus to

keep one's consciousness on what they are doing in each moment........and this also means being able to

feel each part of your body while doing tasks.   By keeping one's mind in the present, it centers your mind

on You and that means your energy stays with You.   A busy mind, full of unnecessary chatter and allowing

anything to enter from outside of self, is a waste of precious energy!     Yes, thoughts are energy.

So, living in mindfulness keeps your energy with you at all times and also expands your personal space,

and also your aura.   Being in peace and contentment and happy within is a sure way of raising your

vibrations and allowing your body to become less dense.        Namaste and Love, Tara Mary.

Many of you find yourselves wondering at times if you're on track. If you're actually living in such a way as to create the experience you wish to have. You wonder if it's on it's way, if it is really being manifest, if you're allowing it, if you're somehow in essence "doing it right."

This need for valiation and knowing is a very healthy thing. In essence, it's a wonderful invitation: it calls you to develop your connection with your inner way of believing in something. It tells you that you want to have more confidence in your life and your ability to create it. It speaks to your desire for demonstration that what you believe is true in practical, real ways. This is the essence of the transparency of life unfolding in the current reality for many of you: the need to have the inner and outer worlds clearly reflected. Which in turn facilitates having experiences which grow your trust and confidence in your ability to create reality.

To embrace and respond to the call of these feelings, you must actually step into the self-image of your true role: you are a powerful Creator. You must begin to believe you actually can command energy and direct the formation of reality with your focus....and to begin to put to the test the idea that you are able to do this, and that it doesn't matter if what you're creating is "big" or "small"--it's all the same thing.

There are countless pivot points to begin to live in this new mastery that is now more consciously calling to you. Each time in the day when you typically notice and often tolerate something which isn't ideal, you've got an opportunity to instead, revise this experience. By pausing and creating--envisioning and feeling--the experience as you wish it to be. Everything that happens in manifest reality is first imagined and felt, articulated through vision and often through words. You can do this throughout your day, at night before you go to bed, in the morning when you meditate. The important thing is to begin to participate in revising your reality to suit your heart's desires.

As the pulse of the Earth increases (the Schumann frequency) and you begin to experience the perspective of infinite time, the reflection of reality to your own image also accelerates. Therefore the ability to see the effect of your modifications in vision is expanded as the time-gap between vision/commanding of energy and the appearance in manifest experience is decreasing.

Much of this lifetime for those of you on Earth has been about learning to use your focus, to gather it all up and claim it again; thus learning to expand your ability to be present. The quality of being is the essence of you. There has been a sequence of experiences in which you learn to be more fully aware of yourself, you become more aware of the way you relate to and feel about yourself. You then have placed your attention on practices and activities that improve the way you feel about yourself so that you might have better feeling experiences and also for the spiritual purpose of bringing more love into your life and thus into the world. The next logical step is to use this focus, to take this ability to improve your feeling state by altering your perspectives, and apply it to learning to alter your visions in the moment as they arise in manfiest experience, thus becoming an active conscious partipant in real-time conscious creating of reality.

Real-time conscious creativity is the experience of life that will pervade the New Earth. As you begin to master this dynamic within your experience you prepare yourself for this and also simultaneously, you create the possibility for this becoming the way the world works. In true quantum fashion--you affect reality and the experience of reality affects your feelings and perceptions, and thus you are inspired in new ways to direct energy and affect reality...an infinite cycle of energy responding to focus/direction/information and thus unfolding and cycling from particle to wave to particle, seemingly instantaneously, yet in truth continually responding to your attention and the information of your focus.

You are increasing in command of reality and you have come into a heart-orientation to your desires that brings forth inspiration in alignment and harmony with all that is. The next natural step is to become a wizard and revise reality to experience your heart's desires. You will begin to have much more intricate slow-moving, deep understandings of manifest life, as you allow the experiences you have to inform you as to how clearly you have understood, and thus dreamed into being the essence of that which you wish to experience. You will then use these insights to continually expand and elevate the nature of reality to reflect the beauty and ideals that you cherish and which you wish to call into your experience, thereby enlarging and transforming the whole.

Many of you have important energetic knowing of dynamics of individual and collective realities that could liberate the Earth from the current systems and patterns that create great suffering in so many lives and which are not balanced with Gaia's energy or with Creation as a whole. As you begin to trust yourself more and to pause and revise reality as you experience it, you begin to bring forth these broader knowings through your desire to have different, and better feeling experiences. Implicit in vision, is the wholeness of what is needed to bring these visions forth. Trust your ability to birth new ways of being and close the gap between Utopian Dreams and manifest reality.

You are the empowered emissaries who have come here, returning--many of you--to reclaim all of your whole selves, and all of you seek to participate in the light coming. You are here to anchor your divine nature in form and elevate the possibilities of experience here. Claim your role as a Creator, and use the power of your focus to enlarge and uplift Creation.

Pain is an indicator of imbalance. We are in a gauntlet of swift balancing – welcome 2012! This time now is for Ascension and that means rapid evolution into living as a Divine Human with an activated Lightbody. To accommodate these frequencies, the emotional, mental and physical frequency must be compatible with the frequency of Spiritual Masterhood. This is accomplished through many different paths, but all require awareness, practice, patience and diligence. All experience within the physical world; be it a health condition, an emotional or mental state or an experience with another, is a reflection of your inner world, for you are the creator of your experience. It is time to become the Master of your destiny. You do this by focusing your powerful attention on imbalance within and integrating the catalyst of Love into everything you are. As you become aligned with the power to shift your reality that is less than Love into an experience of the shared joy that is Life, you are releasing the pain of separation from your Divine Self. To do this, you become Well with what-is and infuse it with healing Love.

Pain is a powerful teacher. Humans can ignore the body until it hurts, take those that love them for granted until they rebel and numb out to a life that provides a modicum of survival until the rug gets pulled out from under it. Or you can actively seek to hear the cry of the body that needs attention. You can appreciate who and what is in your life and move past survival-based living into Love-based creating. To do that, you must find the courage to become Well with what is and aim your powerful intent toward what you want to create. This requires astute attention to directing your flow and allowing the field of Life to speak to you to help you refine your intent (masculine/feminine balance). Can you be Well with a challenging moment and Love through the anger into a state of Peace Within? Can you find your courage to allow the unknown to express through you without having to figure out or fix every situation so you won’t experience challenge? Can you find Freedom in a moment of sorrow, can you find Life in a moment of death, can you find Love in a moment of hatred? This is the work of a Master. That is within you.

As we sit to Blast Releasing Pain, we are freeing our body from the distortion of worry, resentment and guilt into the freedom of healing through the path of ease that is paved with Love and support. All that you need comes into your life because you are open to the information of the field around you and within you and directing your focus toward improvement, the natural path of Life. We are finding our courage to access our inner wisdom and summon sharing with others of like heart and mind to enjoy Life rather than fighting against it. We are realizing that the support we always wanted is within, for the wellspring of Love is the bringer of solution and peace through all aspects of Life. We are becoming strong in our ability to Love, sure in our faith and free in our Joy. This is the lesson that pain brought and we have boldly learned. Now it is time to teach the lesson of the power of Love. Blast on!

       A miner knows success when he strikes gold.  A racer knows success when he crosses the finish line.

A meditator knows success when he transforms his character.       Meditation must enable us to practice 

truthfulness, love, inner peace, and care for all beings.  If meditation cannot change our lives, it is a 

hollow practice.  If we do not have the conviction to act on our inner direction, we waste our time in

listening for the voice.  If we do not practice our duty, we are only putting on a show for ourselves or

others.   What is the use of sitting in meditation if no result is achieved?

                These are the signs of success in dhyana.  Your progress must be authenticated

      True meditation helps us discover our inner identity.  It enables us to hear the divine voice in our 

heart, which illumines the path ahead.   It allows us to perceive and develop divine qualities.

              " Man is divine.  He can purify himself into perfect divinity by the process

                of dhyana, taken up with eagerness and followed with faith by virtuous

      Progress in meditation results in the elimination of desire.  Desire gives us no peace;  instead, it

hides the divine light in our hearts.  When the mind is controlled and examined, it is seen to have no

form of its own.  Like a shining mirror, it only assumes the image of that which is reflected in it.

Our object must be to see directly the light of the atma, the inner divinity, without the aid of this

mirror.  To do this, we must remove desire.

          " The mind has no independent identity of its own;  it is a conglomeration of the desires

             that sprout from the impulses.  A cloth is essentially a bundle of threads.  Threads, in

             their truth, are basically cotton.  Similarly, desires arise from basic impulses, and the

             mind is constituted of these desires.  Just as a piece of cloth disintegrates if threads in 

             it are pulled apart, the mind too can be destroyed by the eradication of desires. "

       It is beyond us to know how or why prayers are granted.   So many factors are involved that we cannot 

hope to understand the process.   Timing, karma, grace, the degree of personal effort  -  all have a bearing

on the situation.   There may be many reasons why our prayers are not answered.   We may have karma to

work out or lessons to learn.  When we pray for a miraculous cure, we may not see the factors which caused

the illness.   Some people receive cures, while others do not.   If the lessons of that illness have not been

learned, it would be cruel to relieve the illness, for it would only have to be repeated.   But if the lessons

have been learned and the debt paid, then a cure could endow the aspirant with new faith and determination.

       It is always wisest for us to put our trust in God.  He/She takes care of our needs without being asked

when we try to live a good life and dedicate our actions to God.   He/She are our eternal parents;  caring 

for us and trying to direct us in beneficial conditions.

       " If a bhakta (devotee) has dedicated their all  -  body, mind, existence  -  to the Lord, the Lord

         will himself look after everything, for he will always be with the bhakta.  Under such conditions,

         there is no need for prayer.  But have you so dedicated yourself and surrendered everything

       It is easier for us to learn how to live in the world than to change it to meet our expectations.

We cannot expect immediate fulfillment of our many desires.   Through prayer we learn to accept that which

we cannot change and to change what we can.   However, some prayers do not even require an answer,

while others may take a lifetime to realize.

     Acceptance helps us to become empowered and self-aware, to communicate clearly, and to

understand kindness.  It is the thought energy that leads to compassion, because as acceptance grows,

so does compassion.    Acceptance is not submissive, it is wise and dynamic because it gives you the courage

to know when to accept things, events and people and to know when you have no power to alter them.

     We all experience such situations, they are a part of life.  Too often we fight against them, refusing

to accept what we cannot change.      The key moment of acceptance allows us to see when accepting a

situation is the wise choice to make.  Acceptance removes doubt and gives us insight into the history

of our lives.   It gives us the power to heal old wounds and to forgive those who have harmed us.

It elevates our inner nature and teaches us that all things are possible.

     Sharing an experience I had about 9 years ago where I used Acceptance (I didn't have this book then)

to deal with an unexpected debilitating illness.  I was already on the spiritual path then, being a devotee

of Sri Sathya Sai Baba and all the aspects of the Godhead, including Buddha.  I awoke one morning

to find myself paralyzed from the waist down.  I was not new to illness, having a chronic health condition

since childhood which did not stop me from becoming a nurse, and doing other activities.  But, this was

totally unexpected and terrifying.  My husband was still on Earth then, but frail with heart disease.

He could never push me in a wheelchair.  I chose to stay at home and my spirituality sprung into action,

immediately talking to Baba in my mind, saying that if it was my time to go, I accept it, but if it isn't,

I would fight this illness.   

     I was used to having some peripheral nerve damage, but nothing like this.  I immediately set out

to concentrate solely on dealing with it in a spiritual way, both mentally and with the playing of

Healing Buddhist Mantras on my CD player.  I played these mantras non-stop all day and every day, by

Lama Surya Das.  During this time of acceptance and total focus on the spiritual reason for this, I had

many, many spiritual insights.   I have heard that when one is very ill, or close to death, is the time when

spirituality is heightened.   I had my beautiful guides by my side, also Tara, my higher-self, came down

and was with me constantly.   When my spiritual body tried to rise out of my physical to leave, she would

gently place her hand down on my chest to stop me from leaving earth.  I knew then that what I was going

through was a very profound, deep experience.

     It took me up to 18 months to regain walking again without an aid.  My husband bought a wheelie-

walker for me to get around, even though I couldn't tell where my legs were when I moved them.  

I was determined to walk again.   I saw specialists who did test after test to try and find out the cause,

and put it down to a haemorrhage in the sacral plexus, therefore having no nerve supply for the

legs.   It does heal eventually when new blood vessels grow, and nerves start being fed again.  

An extremely painful process when nerves start coming to life and start firing their signals all over the

place........something I don't want to experience again !!

     Anyway, just sharing a time when I chose to accept the illness and treat it as a divine test and 

to build more spiritual strength and fortitude within.  All of these trials given to us can be used for

spiritual gain as well as strengthening one's character.   Also, I had to learn to give myself love and

compassion, a very important lesson indeed.   Thank-you for reading my story, Namaste and Love.

The shadow is all about the government. Your world is today steeped in a dark conspiracy that involves the taking of your homes, your money, your health, and your freedom, if you can consider what you are experiencing freedom. You all, every one of you, are prisoners in a world of your own creation, although there are different levels of your complicity in it all. Some of you have been willing participants, others forced or threatened, others conned, but all of you have one thing in common, you are all prisoners and you must escape your captors if you ever wish to breathe the sweet air of freedom ever again. And this is the plan.

We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are here and there are others as well, to assist you to free yourselves, but as we have stressed many times we are not here to do your work for you. We are here to make your decree a reality, nothing more and nothing less. What is your decree? Do you wish to go on living a lie such as you are, that you are free and enjoying all the gifts the Creator has bestowed upon you? Or are you to awaken and take fully conscious notice of what has slowly crept up all around you to encase you within the walls of an ever growing fascist dictatorship?

There are so few of those who wish to enslave you, and so very many of you. The numbers are so in your favor and we are currently seeing to it that these dark ones be disarmed, to give you, the people, a fighting chance. Without a military armed to the teeth with advanced weaponry of untold proportions, we see the playing field leveled a great deal, and we now see the people rising up to take back which is rightfully theirs. The time has come for this. We look to you to stand up and take back what has been systematically stolen from you over so many centuries of time.

It all starts with you, not you as a planet of billions, but you individually. When each of you as an individual awakens to this injustice and then joins his fellow man who has shouldered the responsibility to inform himself of what is transpiring all around him, then it begins. That is when the wheels are set into motion and your reality can change, but not until the individual you are awakens to join the collective. Are you now awakened? That is the question before you today. If you answered yes to this question, then we salute you and ask you now to join your fellow man who has also answered yes to this question. It is only when every one of you awakens and seeks change that we can assist on a further level. We are at the ready. We are prepared and very eager to help you facilitate the removal of your dark ones who today infest your world. We know where they all are. None can hide from us. Let us assist you in this way and do what we do best, which is to help lift worlds like yours out of the darkness they find themselves in.

Disclosure is a very real and necessary step that must be made on our way to a reunion with you that will allow us to more efficiently assist you in your time of need. Time is running short and there is much to do, so we ask you now to clear the way for us to make open contact. We cannot do this for you. We ask that you spread the word that we are here. We can only promise you again that we will not let you down and leave you looking the fool or the lunatic. You will be perceived as a pioneer, a groundbreaker, a leader of your fellow man when all this is through and we land on your soil for all to see. This day will come and come soon. You can be assured of this as this must happen to ensure the most suitable transition from your current 3rd dimensional state to your new homes in the 5th. That is our intention. You can and will benefit greatly from our assistance. Know this, as we speak the truth.

See to it you all do the tasks that are required of you to step up our involvement in these affairs. This is an important job, and each of you reading these words has been carefully chosen for this assignment. Many expressed interest for this mission as your reward for your efforts here will be great, as well, of course, due to your inborn natures to wish to help others in every way you can. We selected those we felt would not allow fear or latency to deter them from their assignments and we are also happy to see so many of you responding in such great numbers. We now see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we await the moment when your voices of truth spread just far enough for us to make our move. You are so very close to this moment. Do not slow now. Do not allow the recent disappointment many of you felt deter you away from your duties. All has not been for naught, and many positives derived from this experience. Know this as this is the truth and move on.

We will again step up the sightings of our vast fleets of lightships so our Lightworkers can photograph and videotape them to disseminate throughout your Internet. This is one part of the plan we can get underway and we feel many of you will enjoy these opportunities to see your Star Families flying overhead. Know that we fill our ships and that we can see many of you as you witness our appearances. We even know some of you by name, as we have met before to work out some details about our working relationship. Keep your eyes to the skies. Keep up the good work you are all doing, as you are making an untold difference each and every day.

The vast endeavor we have all agreed to undertake is not an easy one by any stretch of the imagination, and we honor your courage and your patience to persevere under the difficult conditions you live in. We can assure you we are moving ahead with the operation precisely according to a prearranged schedule, as there has been, and will not be, any delays permitted under any circumstances. There are far too many of us on our side of this mission to permit such delays, so you can be certain we operate on a very tight schedule. Your mission will be completed according to the time schedule agreed upon, no later, and many of you will re-sign with us for more duties here, and even on the next world that can benefit from our assistance. This is what we do, and we could not do this without you. You are very special to us and your entire universe, and you are revered for your courage and your selflessness.

Today, many eyes of the universe are upon you, and we know you will succeed as you have so many times before. Continue on now with your duties, we cannot thank you enough dear ones and we will persevere with our duties on our end, and very soon we shall meet on middle ground. Allow us the time to continue coming through to you in this way, as much is being gained from this as well.

We have in store a few surprises for the Cabal, and wish to present them with these soon. We know they will be very surprised of what we have in store for them. Be on the lookout for information in this regard, as we know you, our trusted Lightworkers, will also find this news very interesting. Mind you, this will all be displayed for all to see and you will not need a privileged pass to witness firsthand the fruits of your efforts. Let’s just say that matters are heating up and there will be those who hop from the frying pan into the fire very soon. We promised you that if you all did your parts and upheld your end of the bargain that we would uphold ours. You will soon bear witness to just how we keep our word. Stay tuned, stay focused. The end of this chapter is near.

Moving on through the days after the last of the cabalists are removed from your path, you will see your days filled with more and more uplifting moments and great surprises. Not all your work is to be so difficult and seemingly unrewarding, as we have promised worthy payoffs as well, and this we shall also deliver on. Many new projects will get underway building a better infrastructure of your society. Everyone will pitch in and everyone will be pleasantly rewarded as this is how a Galactic community operates and thrives when all resistance is finally removed, and this is what we are together accomplishing today. Please be advised many of you will be contacted in the near future, in an offer of a more personal working relationship with us, as you have proven your meritorious service and commitment to your duties and to the light. For this, you shall be compensated, and we greatly appreciate each of your individual, as well as collective, efforts.

Continue on in your service today. We are nearly at the point where we can close out the initial purification stages of our multifaceted operation. With your continued assistance these pressing matters will be resolved quickly and efficiently, allowing us to then proceed with the next phase of the plan which we know you will greatly enjoy.      An engineer who plans a tall building knows the importance of a strong foundation.  To reach great

heights, he must first dig down to a firm base in the earth.  It would be foolish to build upon shifting sands,

for the structure would soon topple.  The firm foundation for faith in God is faith in self.  When we reach

down to the solid basis in ourselves, our progress is assured.

     If we cannot find our own inner strength, how will we recognize divine power?  Faith in self is the basis

for faith in God, for it is the divinity within that enables us to recognize the divinity in the world.  If we had

never tasted the sweetness of sugar, why would we seek it out in the candy store?

             " Self-confidence is the basis of faith in God also.  People who do not know who they

               are and who have no confidence in their own strength and power assert that there is

               no God.   But how can they declare that the God in whom you believe and who exists

     Divinity lies hidden within every person.  Spiritual discipline reveals it.  Like deriving butter from milk,

certain methods are required to make divinity emerge.  When we act on our aspirations with faith in our

ability, we earn God's grace and guidance in the task.  Those who make the effort, seizing every chance for 

advancement, earn that grace.

              " Everyone has the right to earn grace, but those like Ramakrishna, who have faith

                in themselves, will earn it soon and plentifully.  God loves those who have the self-

                confidence and the courage of conviction and who seize every opportunity to improve

     Self-confidence arises from the atma, the inner reality.  Even if we do not recognize the source of our

strength, it is enough if we heed its direction.  The voice within is the unfailing guide to higher experience.

It manifests as a thirst for truth and goodness.  It assures us of our abilities and worth.  It discloses the

paths of right and wrong.

              " Your  self is God.  You have faith in your judgment, your intelligence, your ability,

                because God within tells you not to falter or fear.  That reassurance well from within,

                from your basic truth, which is otherwise called God.  It does not matter if you do not

                call it God.  It is enough if you believe in yourself: that is the real test of theism. "

      Every person on this planet is linked by their thoughts to every other person.  Each one of us can use

thought energy to create happiness.   True happiness is a balance of thought energies, woven together so

that they support each other and create harmony.

     You have a right to this happiness as long as you share it.   This is true of money, wealth and spiritual

achievement.  If you do not share these you cannot hold on to them for long, or you will end up damaging

your ability to think and feel.        We have the right to own things but not to abuse ownership.  

We should own our inner achievements and share those achievements with others, but we should never give

away the thought energy behind our achievements.   This energy is sacred to each of us and is unique once 

developed.

     Thinking in a positive manner in the Tibetan way simplifies all things, and naturally creates happiness,

success and love.  The more love you can create within yourself the more useful your thinking becomes.

Thinking well means taking control of your life.  That can be a scary thing to do, because it means taking 

responsibility for the way your life turns out.  We are not subject to some greater force that dictates our

every move.  As individuals we can determine the outcome of each moment and thus the main events in 

our lives, by paying attention to the detail in order to direct the outcome.
