How to protect yourself energetically before going to sleep:

1. Bring your palms together from your navel to the top of your head and then let them fall down gradually apart, one to the left and the other to the right energizing that way the shape of your Aura.

2. While doing this recite "I AM THE LIGHT OF THIS WORLD".

3. Repeat three to as many times as you like.

While doing this you will FEEL you aura more alive and more vibrant. This can be explained because your hands are energy transmitters, thus they charge your energy field while you do that soft of ritual.

This one works for me more than anything else. Things i have tired but still had attacks were calling the archangels for protection, cross my body with my hand, burning incense, command the archons to leave my sphere of existence once and for all and a few others.

What i have found is that most of the times i dream and then suddenly sth disturbing is happening in the dream. As soon as i realize that and try to understand what is going on that is the time when the major attack takes place. As soon as you wake up they can not harm you but even waking up is quite difficult some times because they paralyze you so you can't do anything at all.
