Gratitude Isn't Just A Platitude By Jamye Price
I had a funny experience with gratitude. One day I decided that I wanted to flow gratitude to my (non-physical) Guides—just a moment of deep appreciation for them. As I did that, I started feeling so much Love flowing to me that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I actually said to them, “Hey! I’m sending you gratitude!”
I received a loving response, “You cannot send gratitude without receiving it. You are in such a space of Love flow, acknowledging receipt, that you cannot stop that flow of receiving.”
Gratitude Is Love Continued
Gratitude is a powerful frequency, it is an aspect of Love. It is important for humanity at this time because we are opening to more of a sacred frequency of Love—a more conscious connection with the power of our Love.
Gratitude activates a sacred flow of Love because it creates a full circuit of connection—give and receive. This full circuit of connection is what helps you transcend duality. As you give and receive with Love, you are connecting directly with your divine nature, creating a conscious trinity. Your merkaba responds.
A current challenge for humanity is getting into a full flow of energy that creates a replenished, empowered sovereign interacting with Life. This exciting point of Ascension is opening us to fuller flow with the subtle realms, in addition to the physical focus that has been so obvious and concrete.
In order to interact effectively with the subtle realms, we must be able to let go of control and domination and do the inner work to change our personal resonance. Gratitude is a powerful doorway for this.
The Amplitude of Gratitude
When you emit gratitude, you are opening to receiving. You are vibrating, “Thank you, I acknowledge receiving with Love and appreciation,” into the field of Life.
Receiving, like inhaling, is necessary for physical survival. Receiving with Love enhances thriving. When you appreciate with Love, you are flowing healing and empowering energy into this world.
When you receive gratitude, it opens you to honoring and loving yourself more. Self-love is a powerful flow that shifts your inner realm so that you are interacting with the world from Love. Self-love is very different than an imbalanced ego that just seeks domination and external fulfillment.
Self-love creates a wellspring of Love flow within you that filters all that you experience with Love. It changes how you interact, because you are no longer needing fulfillment from the outside, yet you are receiving it fully when it comes. This changes your relationships, your creativity, your obligations—everything flows with more Love.
Gratitude Can Be Misconstrued
Gratitude isn’t always appropriate. When you need to transform your inner resonance, gratitude can either help you or harm you.
Gratitude may not feel like blissful joy in every moment. Sometimes it feels like disappointment along with understanding, the courage to say no, or appreciating challenges for the growth, even if you’re annoyed in the moment. Sometimes the best gratitude I can access in a moment is, “This, too, shall pass!” “Thank you for making me stronger!” or something similar.
One of the challenges I see for some is trying to get to gratitude before the inner healing has happened.
They intellectualize the gratitude by imposing the attitude of gratitude upon themselves.
They “understand” that a harmful situation was caused by a hurt person and impose the attitude of, “I understand, therefore I already am.”
They create a mental experience without healing, or even honoring, their emotional pain. It is a pattern of avoidance.
The tricky part? When it is truly healed, that is the experience—there is no emotional charge on a situation, the one who was harmed does “understand.” To determine this, a clear connection with your inner authenticity and courage is beneficial. Otherwise you can skip the healing process in the moment and other areas in your life will eventually start to show the effects of repression.
Your Aptitude with Gratitude
Areon, the Lyran Council of Time, repeats constantly: observe your initial, authentic reaction to something, because that is generally where you aren’t censoring yourself yet. Then remind yourself—this is just information! It doesn’t define who you are, it defines how you feel about something in a moment. This is how you discover what to shift.
Hating something does not make you a hateful person, it is a moment of clarity that you can use to refine your inner vibrational experience. Loving something doesn’t make you a loving person, it is a reaction to something external that may not be sustainable if your inner integrity is dependent on pleasant circumstances.
Being authentic offers opportunities for internal growth that creates a more flexible and strong being. Areon says when you find something you don’t like (such as hating something) celebrate it! You’ve just begun a healing process!
The process of healing often comes in steps and layers. Sometimes it reaches plateaus that feel like completion. I have a personal example of this. I bit my fingernails since I had teeth. I tried everything to stop through the years. About a year after I left home, I suddenly stopped. No deep healing focus, no trauma, just stopped.
When I was out of the stressful environment of my family, my body responded differently. Now I had other issues that came up, but the nail biting stopped and I began to grow gorgeous fingernails. Nail polish became my newbestfriend.
23 years later…yes, 23 YEARS LATER—I suddenly started biting them again. Painful, deep, compulsive nail biting. I could not stop. Nothing in my life had changed so drastically or suddenly to warrant the nail biting.
I knew a layer of something was up, but I didn’t know what it was. So I created a Light Language healing audio to stop biting my nails. I sat in the same room with it for over a month, but I couldn’t make myself listen to it. I knew I was in a pattern of avoidance.
Finally, I committed to listening. Within days I stopped biting and could see nail growth. Within a week, my issues started coming up. It wasn’t completely easy, but overall it was incredibly easy. It was way easier than the physical pain of my fingers. I’m still benefiting today from emotional and mental changes; not only in myself, but in how others interact with me.
The Latitude of Gratitude
When you reach a plateau and the issue isn’t there, relax and enjoy the progress. Because you’re aware of the situation, don’t worry. If it comes up, you’ll be able to deal with it and you’ll be supported to deal with it.
I see in sessions (and my own life) that it varies. Sometimes it’s obvious that it’s complete, or it’s obvious that it is not complete. Other times it seems complete because it is complete for now.
How do you really know when it’s complete? Drumroll please…it never comes up again. I know you wanted better news than that! But sometimes Life is growing you into trusting the process and progress of Life.
Perhaps you have found yourself saying, "I already worked on that/healed that." I've seen that shut down someone's healing many times because they won't allow the healing to continue. You'll know it's done because that issue, area of your life, or what it effects is running smoothly and has no emotional charge on it. In fact, you may even have a modicum of feeling appreciation that it occurred.
As you relax into the flow of Life you are assisting your healing, you are opening to change, and you are allowing new information to flow to you.
Your Gratitude Altitude
Sit and activate the frequency of gratitude and see how that feels. Send some gratitude to yourself for being the amazing you that you are. Send some gratitude to Gaia for providing such a beautiful Earth. Send some gratitude to animals, friends and family. If you notice any unpleasant emotional/mental or physical reaction, it’s an area to look at healing.
Can you send gratitude to some tougher things? Can you send gratitude to your government for playing its part in this game of life? Can you send gratitude to your own lessons that throw your ego out of balance? Remember, from a space of gratitude you are in that pyramid of Source Love and the government begins to align with Source energy—Love.
Can you send gratitude to gratitude itself and augment its scope and effect? I’m sending you some gratitude for spending a few moments to make a HUGE difference in this world. Shine your beautiful Divine Light! You are magnificent.

The wisdom comes from ages past, from lessons learnt. Its voice, often soft, unspoken, it needs to shout now. It needs to be heard. Crying in the dark alone, silenced by your ego, your thoughts, your manifest world. Turn to it now. Turn to the wisdom of ages that you hold within, and live that Truth. Bring it into the world. Bring it into your life and your relationships.
Bring it into how you love, and who you love, and why you love, in the understanding that you love because you can, because you are Love.
Know the I of yourself. Know the I of the One in yourself. Know the I of Oneness from which this wisdom stems. It is all One, the same wisdom. We know it through our lens only. Yes we do.
Celebrate this unity. Celebrate it in a look, touch, a feel.
Celebrate it in a thought. Celebrate it in a way that the Prism of Light, refracting the Love of currents that are the Rays upon which we communicate and you vibrate, know that they are seen and heard and understood, and brought into oneself.
With wisdom you see. With wisdom you look and you hear, and you know that the Christ force is within. It is the wisdom of the Age. And it is you.
Be you… all knowing and true… go forth and radiate your love and your light for this is in manner that you have come forth to Service to do… Be you.

Thank you Jayme, it is so hard to describe that attitude of gratitude. For many years people including me have used the words "thank you" as part of being polite rather than being completely immersed in the feeling. It has become like a rote response in a very busy world rather than a fully energetic exchange.
I think we will start to not only feel but express the energies fully once the emotional components are cleared within. I am amazed to observe all the interactions I have changed once the emotional component or charge as you so aptly put it has cleared. So much patterned thought and reactions to each other not based in the current reality of a situation between each other in the now moment but coming from our own emotional thoughts and charges from the past. Even eons ago in past lives hahaha!! So much to figure out and heal from cellular memories which always react rather than being completely present in the moment.
Onward we go healing the past and living within the truth of our feelings right here, right now!!

Blossom: Well hello there! I am very much looking forward to today’s chat.
Federation of Light (FOL): Welcome to you also Blossom, and we would use your terminology of ‘Ditto’.
There is much we would like to share with you regarding these times that are ... upon you /within you. Many of you have felt much unrest, coupled with moments of ‘Knowing that all is well’. Only to be flawed by another feeling of unrest, followed by a ‘Knowing that all is well' … and so it continues. This has been, as you know, due to the influx of extremely strong Higher Energies ...into/onto ... your Planet.
A TIME LIKE NEVER BEFORE.
For these Energies are now ABLE to penetrate into your atmospherics … and are no longer ‘pushed back’ by energies and dynamics that desire for them to be elsewhere … anywhere other than your Earth plane.
However, due to the inevitable SURGE OF LIGHT that was destined to … be with you/within you… at this time … all is on target. There certainly have been delays, due to ‘surprize attacks’ on plans made and yet, we are now once again, in full flow and all is exceedingly STRONG and LIGHT and raring to go!
Blossom: What do you mean by surprize attacks?
FOL: In that … there are, as you know, those who are ‘happy’ to be knocking back advancements made by the Light. They fear Light. They fear most of all ... themselves, yet, they do not understand this as literal. They have concocted all manner of ways and systems which have been put in place to keep you ‘under’.
Blossom: Do you mean under par?
FOL: We mean ‘under’ the level of Light which we KNOW you are, and that which you can aspire to.
Blossom: So, isn’t this controlling us?
Fol: Only if that is what you choose to believe … for you cannot be controlled.
Blossom: We have talked about this before, so we’ll keep moving on in the conversation, if that is alright?
FOL: The MAIN FACT IS … You are coming into your own. Throughout this immense shift, your Vibrations have risen to a Higher level of yourselves … and now the most important thing for you to do, is to recognise this!
For unless you recognise this upgrade, you will still continue on as if you are in the same one as before and therefore, not take benefit from such a ‘move’.
By allowing yourselves to KNOW and FEEL the ‘CHANGE’ within you … by BREATHING that KNOWING and FEELING it … you ‘SWITCH ON’ that frequency, so that it begins to penetrate through you and work alongside you directly.
In this KNOWING and FEELING … and TRUSTING of self …
BEGIN!

FOL: Begin to PLAY, Dearest Ones. Begin to manifest all that you desire. All that you came here to experience.
TAKE CHARGE OF YOUR LIGHT.

YOU ARE LIGHT.

There is NOTHING in this world of yours, or indeed anywhere else, that can overpower LIGHT. NOTHING!
So, the more you choose to FEEL who you are and express it in every moment … the more all that is not of the LIGHT STREAM will surely fade away.
IMAGINE DEAREST FRIENDS … More and more of you … as is happening … as is TRULY TAKING PLACE right now … RECOGNISING THE STRENGTH AND POWER WITHIN. And KNOWING what can be achieved by this KNOWING.
THE LIGHT that you are experiencing within yourselves RIGHT NOW … can only/will only ... become more real … more effective.
The Warriors that you are … the Holders … the Givers and Receivers of LIGHT POWER … are making such a mark upon your Planet NOW.
The build-up of Energy … because of this individual recognition … is MIGHTY.
How we, in other realms are FEELING the excitement of CHANGE.
The scale of active momentum is beyond that which has ever been.
When you meditate … tune in to this momentum. Ask to FEEL the Vibration of it … and BREATHE IT IN … and then as you BREATHE it out … KNOW you are sending it out TO ALL AND EVERYTHING… TO THE ONENESS OF LIFE ITSELF.
These changing times are so prominent.
Through action taken by each one … through perseverance, dedication to self and all, through constant awareness of Energy … either high or low … one is now able to make rapid changes … within/for … the self and therefore, the entire Planet.
One can moan and groan about the unfairness of life itself … yet, one can also choose the Lighter path … no matter how much it can be sabotaged by energies that are designed to do so … yet, this is WHY YOU WERE CHOSEN DEAREST SOULS OF EARTH!
THIS IS WHY YOU … YOU … Do you understand? YOU … were given permission to come to Earth and be here at this time to be part of a shift … a change in Lifestyle … that has never yet been accomplished.
THIS CHANGE WILL AND IS OCCURRING ... BECAUSE OF EACH ONE OF YOU.
YOU … the ones that were chosen … because of your strength … because of your determination … because of your ongoing service to the Light … because you ARE LIGHT! YOU CAME TO BE THE GAME CHANGERS … THE WAY SHOWERS … and how are you doing that?
BY BEING LOVE.
Yet … it is NOW … with these Higher Energies … these most powerful Energies of manifestation … that you can REALLY BEGIN TO SEE what is possible.
As you MASTER YOUR OWN DESTINY … which of course … is to be of JOY, PEACE, LAUGHTER AND LOVE … as EACH ONE … recognises HOW to do this … then the ‘drive’ to ‘eventuate’ these things becomes stronger and stronger … because as one sees and feels it actually happening … actually taking place before your eyes … then THAT KNOWING … that UNDERSTANDING of how it all works and what it is indeed ALL ABOUT … becomes more accepted within the soul and is draws itself closer and closer to home.
PEOPLE … FRIENDS … BROTHERS … SISTERS … FAMILY …
MANIFEST THE LIGHT - LIFE UPON EARTH.
WE KNOW YOU KNOW WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT.
For in moments of clarity … YOU KNOW IT! YOU GET IT!
And are we not correct when we say … WHEN in these moments … these Ahha moments … IT ALL MAKES SENSE?
It is ALL THAT ONE AN BE … just in that moment of KNOWINGNESS.
All else matters not … YOU JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE HERE TO FEEL THIS WAY.
AND … by FEELING this way … YOU JUST KNOW YOU ARE HERE TO ASSIST OTHERS TO FEEL THE SAME.
EVERYTHING … no matter what it is … EVERYONE … no matter who they are, are designed from Light.
That is the Truth , the very essence of self … LIGHT IS WHO YOU ARE.
Upon Earth at this time you are experiencing BEING a human … An experiment … as is everything.
If you were to ponder deeply enough then you can FEEL that the TRUTH of yourself is just experimenting being a human …
And surely BEING INTELLIGENT BEINGS … You KNOW what FEELS good and what doesn’t.
It is then that choices are made within this experiment to continue feeling good or continue feeling not so good.
That’s how THE GAME is played.
Not difficult?
Unless you are smack in the middle of it!
Yet … we would state that it is not difficult to feel what feels good and what does not.
If it does not … STOP IT … CHANGE IT … YOU HAVE THE POWER TO DO SO.
You have the Power to change your thought patterns, no matter what your circumstances.
Reach for the HIGHEST MOST DE - ‘LIGHTFUL’ THOUGHT about anything and everything … And continue to do so … so that eventually you have programmed your mind to do only this.
You can prevent occurrences of lesser enjoyment taking place, if you make it ‘your way’ to think only in LIGHTNESS.
Bring unto yourselves only that which serves you … recognise immediately that which does not and bless it as you send it away in LOVE. Replacing it with the FEELING OF LOVE as YOU BREATHE LOVE IN AND OUT CONSCIOUSLY … DEEPLY …. LOUDLY for a minute or two … and then find the conjured up … the replaced thought … on the same subject that exudes LOVE in that circumstance.
WHAT A DIFFERENCE …
DO YOU SEE?
Yes, yes, yes I do and I guess the thing is … it is about BEING vigilant. If we want this world to change then it is us, each as an , to play our part. You give us the tools, you give us the means … you let us know how to ‘get where we are going’ … and yet, we so very easily fall into the patterns of not adhering to your offered wisdom. I feel more and more that we need to step up our game. We KNOW what to do. We KNOW how to do it. It is just a matter of ‘SEEING IT THROUGH’. I often think about all you have ‘passed on to us’ … and how very grateful we all are, without a doubt. NOW, IT IS UP TO US TO SHOW THE WAY.
Yet, this is what you are doing! Do not underestimate how far into the Light you each have walked. Do not underestimate how … just by BEING YOU … you are sending deepest LOVE LIGHT into the BEINGS of those who are still unaware of their own Power. Do not underestimate how … by just BEING YOU … you dance with the nature elementals … how you make the flowers grow … how you make the birds sing a more melodic tune … JUST BECAUSE YOU … are recognising and FEELING and ALLOWING yourself to BE THE JOY that you were designed to be.
THESE ARE THE CHANGES that YOU within yourself ... are making/have made/ shall continue to make …
And in/by doing so … YOU ARE CHANGING ALL THAT IS.
HOW VERY POWERFUL
HOW AMAZING … YOU ARE …
DOING ALL THIS … JUST BY KNOWING AND FEELING THE TRUE DEPTH OF LOVE ITSELF.
Because YOU ARE … LOVE ITSELF.

They TRULY DO , when taken into the heart … help me and others so very much, to become closer and closer to the understanding of what this is all about.
