Gupt navratri Meditation

Namaste to all brother and sister ,samballa members,

Navratri means 9 nights of Maa durga the divine power.There are 4times in  a year when navratri comes.. Normally peoples knew about two navratri that fall in March and October ,and remaining two are falling in february Nd july ....Gupt navratri sadhna do by Tantrik or  by sadhak to gain spiritual power more....Here is a meditation that I found and did ,found beautiful experience....

I have little bit knowledge about this because since last 3 years I did sadhna by their 9 mantras of 9 Devi's ,so if I wrote anything something wrong or less then forgive me for this ,I beg Sorry for this coz in this city there r so humble members and sea of knowledge .

Meditation 

*NAVARN MANTRA JAAP DHYAN*
Atma namaste all the divine souls

On the auspicious occasion of Gupt Navratri by the blessings of MAA DURGA, I am sharing a POWERFUL MANTRA MEDITATION. A meditation that covers all the four level of speech( Vaikhari, madhyma, pashyanti and para) and it also cover the four stages of consciousness, ( Jagrit, swapna, nidra and Turiya). In SHAMBHALLA Series I have given Detail about this, now this is practical meditation to access the different plane of consciousness.
This process I had got from the masters of Tarini peeth of Odisha.

Process of Meditation :

1. First of all, sit in Meditative position and close your eyes.

2. pray to Goddess Durga and invoke her energy.

3 . Now ,Chant Aum loudly. While chanting aa.. uu.. mm ,simultaneously chant mentally, ‘Aim hrim klim chamundaye vicche’

( Aaaa uuu mmmm - chant loudly)

( Aim hrim klim chamundaye vicche- chant mentally)

4. We will be doing this Jaap in 3 stages-

Stage-A
Chant the mantra seven times in each chakra starting from crown to root chakra, going downward. ( 7*7= 49 times)

Stage-B
Chant the mantra seven times from root to crown on each chakra, going upward. (7*7=49 times)

Stage-C
Chant the mantra 10 times above the head.
Total = ( 49+49+10= 108 times

4- After chanting 108 time sit for few minutes.

5. Give thanks to Goddess Durga and slowly open your eyes.
