This meditation will purify all negative energies and thoughts, will help your body to heal by charging you with pure lifeforce energy and retunning energetic structure of your body to pure nondistorsioned vibrations and it can also open your third eye.

I will do the meditation whenever my granddaughter goes to sleep if I am not sleep before her or wait till she goes to school. That is the only time the house is quiet. I can't wait to try it with all the whirlwind of things happening around me. Blessings and thank you.
