    Hello Theirry,

    I'm sorry it took me so long to reply to your question.Where I seen the question I couldn't find any "reply" or "comment" link.For some reason it takes me about 10 minutes for each page to show up.About the "left or right" technique, I've never heard of that, however, it may be a good method.For me personally, where I place my stones depends on my desired outcome.Sometimes I place the stone(s) under my pillow or next to me on my nightstand.I made small medicine bags and I wear them on my person, like in a pocket, or around my neck so the stones are near my heart.
